We had a pleasant meal at Gastro 49. The food is a little more unique than a typical “American Food” eatery. We sat outside and really enjoyed the patio (but wish there would have been music). We ordered the jalapeño poppers, Gastro burger, and buffalo chicken salad. The sweet potato fries were the best we’ve ever had.

This restaurant has an interesting setup and has an outdoor patio. The service was great! The food was good, but my cod fish fry had overcooked batter. My husband’s cheeseburger looked wonderful, the only problem was he ordered medium done, but it came completely done, which was not his expectation. One thing was perfection in their french fries and sweet potato fries. One of the best we ever had! The murals around the building and inside were very beautiful and fun!

The bartender was friendly and helpful and the service was good but the setting was just not my style of place. The jalapeño poppers are wonderful and the fish was also very tasting. Like I mentioned before, I just was not feeling the atmosphere.

First time here. Parking seemed pretty full. There is a front dining area with a bar, and family dining in the back. Our server, Kathrine, was very pleasant. They have an AMY Burger!! Of course it would be stuffed with bacon It was delicious! We also had the Reuben egg rolls, hot n crispy.

Need a lunch stop on a road trip, and very glad we stopped here. I wouldn’t necessarily call it a “gastropub”, really more of a road house vibe. Nice beer list includes some more unusual seasonal pours. The Philly Steak Flatbread was fantastic! Cheese curds and tots were crispy perfection. Companions ordered the Reuben and the Squash Soup, both well received. Only caveat: vegetarians are going to be restricted to salad or Fettuccine Alfredo To the proprietors: please consider keeping some veggie burger patties on hand.

They have tachos! Need I say more? If you love tater tots like I do, give them a try. My bf had the double 8 oz burger with fries & jalapeño poppers. We had the caramel apple sangria (sweet) & the blood orange margarita.
The food was well made, served hot & well seasoned.

Delicious food and great friendly customer service. We came on Sunday Memorial Day weekend and had something beer floats and some fantastic ribs and a Philly flatbread. Highly recommend this place. The patio is super cute, too.
