Best burgers in Copenhagen is an understatement. The line at this one was quite long but service was quick and efficient. Some seating outside. Butter burger was really good, as was the cheeseburger and vinegar fries. Lemonade not amazing but refreshing. Price quite high but worth it.

There was a queue when we arrived at this place and we waited for about 20 mins from ordering to receiving the burger. We tried the double cheeseburger and throughly enjoyed it. All the elements in this burger compliment each other and goes really well. I liked the salty bits of the meat patty as well. Overall you should try this place atleast once to decide if you love it or hate it.

One of the best burgers I’ve had. Very simple menu, great meat, perfectly cooked, and well balanced. Everything tastes clean and focused. Busy place, but very well run. Worth the wait.

Have I had better? Yes. But this place was still very impressive. Both the fries and the burger were really good. You may have to wait in line for quite a while and finding a seat can be difficult. Still, if you’re in Copenhagen, this is a place you should definitely visit.

Viral restaurant and it’s totally worth it! Incredible burgers. Fries were not very tasty. Service was good, kind and really fast. The concept is very cool. There are some tables outside. I highly recommend to come early.
We Paid 50€ for 1 cheeseburger + 1 double cheeseburger, 2 fries, 1 Pepsi, 1 still water.

Gasoline Grill was a big disappointment for me. I had high expectations because of the hype, but it doesn’t come close to brands like Salt or Shake Shack in Dubai. The burger was overly greasy and lacked balance in flavor. The place feels overhyped rather than truly great. I also noticed some hygiene issues, which is not acceptable at this price point. Tried it once, won’t be coming back.

You need to come to the original location of Gasoline Grill in Copenhagen to instantly understand where their name comes from. They serve burgers in the former shop of a downtown gas station near Nyhavn and Kongens Nytorv.
Interestingly, the place is still a functioning gas station to this day. You can fill up your car, or charge it, while waiting for your burger. The gas station is fully automatic though, no need for a cashier. That’s how the famous gas station burger occupied the former shop area and is serving probably the best burger in Copenhagen.
There is a limited menu in Gasoline Grill, but I think that’s just how a great street food burger place should operate. We tasted the two most iconic ones, original burger and cheeseburger, and prefer the latter.

Gasoline Grill absolutely lives up to the hype. The burgers are simple, well executed, and made with really high-quality ingredients. The beef patty is juicy and flavorful, the bun is soft without falling apart, and the classic toppings and Gasoline sauce work perfectly together. You can tell the focus is on getting the basics right rather than overcomplicating things.
Service is fast and friendly, even when it’s busy, though there can be a short wait during peak hours. Seating is limited depending on the location, so it’s best suited for a quick bite or takeaway. Fries are decent but the burger is clearly the star of the show.
Overall, one of the best burger spots in Copenhagen and definitely worth a visit if you appreciate a straightforward, high-quality smash burger.

Great burger! Fresh ingredients. I asked for a burger with lettuce only for my young boy. They messed it up by putting all ingredients and giving us extra lettuce on the side. My son still ate it! Told me it was delicious!

Probably one of the best burgers you can ever have! The line was long but moved fast. There’s a bit of outdoor seating. The butter burger and cheeseburger were both great, and the fries were really good too. The lemonade was refreshing. A bit pricey, but worth it.
