We were welcomed upon arrival, the ambience is great. When Andy came to the table, we were even more happy that we decided to dine at Gaskins. I have heard great things and frequent here on business and are unable to enjoy since it is typically Monday evening. The wine, cocktails and food were perfectly executed. The cauliflower dish was my absolute favorite and I can’t wait to recreate that dish. It was beautiful and had every texture and flavor that I desired. That Duroc pork chop tho – perfectly cooked unlike a lot of other places. Friendly, fun, great vibes – can’t wait to go back!

Gaskins on Emma is a great restaurant you leave thinking about how soon you’ll be back.

Gaskins is a high quality steakhouse with an excellent want-to-try-it-all menu. We had the ribeye special and New York strip and they were both amazing. Great salad, amazing mushroom soup. Nice wine selection, too.

Our server, Andy, was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. He inspired our dinner choice and consistently checked in.

With all the restaurants we’re fortunate to have in NWA, we’ll be back to Gaskins.

Gaskins was amazing! To have a fine dining place on Emma in Springdale just makes me happy.

As far as food and drinks, we were very pleased with everything we ordered. For the appetizer I would recommend the fried calamari; perfectly cooked – crispy and chewy. The walleye and campanelli were both so flavorful and delicious.

We also got a bottle of wine, because there was Caymus on the list. It was a Cabernet Sauvignon and it did not disappoint. All the wines were very reasonably priced, too.

Our service was top notch, thanks to Andy! He made fantastic recommendations and was very nice.

Overall, amazing restaurant and we will be back again!

Excellent location and ambiance.
Noise level is high.
Server and wine list were excellent
The bone marrow needed more flavor and the toast was saggy.
Cocktails were excellent
Mushroom soup was fantastic!
The chicken was dry…however, the vegetables were incredible! As well as the asparragus. Very well made and flavorful!

Review is for lunch. Well over a hundred bucks for four with one beer and three soft drinks with tip. Not remotely close to being worth it.

Burger and FFs were okay, certainly not bad; request the jam on the side as they were polarizing with my fam.

Tap Kolsch was flat. Fountain Coke was super flat.

Rice bowl consisted of a dollop of low-quality poorly prepared white rice with a few chick peas and three shrimp. This dish was a complete fail.

Prime rib naan was so wet it threatened to dissolve the naan and soaked the fries.

Cob salad was good, dressing solid.

Absolutely stunning experience. A must !!
From the moment you walk in the door, to the incredible cocktail at the bar to only then really blow your socks off at the meal. It was all incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. The beet salad was *devine*, the Mac n Cheese the best I’ve ever had, I also tried the mushroom soup, corn salad side, brick chicken and smoked eggplant dish, I also had a taste of my friends steak . All incredibly delicious and sophisticated.
Highly recommend the cocktail list to start. I’ve been in twice and can’t wait to go again.

So enjoyed dining here and glad that we have fine dining at our own downtown Springdale! Loved the steak which was cooked to perfection and the crispy salmon and sides! Old fashioned cocktails and wide selection of wines was great too. And service, which should be expected with good food, was attentive but not intrusive. Everything was well executed so we will definitely be back! Make sure to make your reservations!!!

10/10 my new favorite place!! I loved their location in Eureka and I love this one even more! If you go be sure to check out the lounge area it’s so beautiful.

Mushroom soup- fun fact I don’t like mushrooms but I LOVED this soup if that tells you anything.

Caesar salad- classic and delicious loved how much cheese they put on it

Bone marrow- first time trying and it did not disappoint!! Must try

Prime rib- perfectly cooked and the aromatics were amazing

Ribeye- best I’ve ever had

If you want a celebration dinner, a nice romantic place to go, or even to treat yourself this is the place to go!!

We have been anticipating the opening up of the 2nd Gaskin’s restaurant and we were not disappointed. We were seated right away for our 6:30 reservations. Ben our server came over quickly, introduced himself , took our drink orders. Gave us time to catch up with friends we have not seen. Nice relaxing time before we ordered. Once we ordered and 2 of us wanted some Red wine with dinner, Ben was helpful in recommending a couple of bottles. We were pleased with his suggestions
I decided to do 2 small plates for my dinner, Bone Marrow and Beef Carpaccio. Shana had the fillet with Potato and Wedge Salad. Everything was fantastic. Bone Marrow came with a Shallot infused jam and with the crostini, this was incredible, and yes it was a guilty pleasure! My beef Carpaccio was also wonderful, peppercorn crusted tenderloin, with pickled mustard seed, arugula puree and crispy shallot put on a crostini as well.
Shana’s fillet was cooked med rare which she wanted and was very flavorful and tender. She enjoyed it
