Gaskell’s restaurant provides practical experience for students to serve “real” customers. The meal provided was excellent. The service was good if not flawless but that is the point. I had a really good Xmas meal last night . Every thing was beautifully cooked and presented ..I had the soup ..sea bass and xmas pudding ..so tasty !! Followed by delicious mince pies and macaroons ..Also such good service !
