Website needs some work so I called the sartell store directly for a delivery. The Chicken Alfredo pizza arrived hot and delicious, bread sticks cooked perfectly. The delivery driver was kind and she even brought my order to my door #apartmentlife.

The pizza is OK. I don’t care for the crust. It’s dry and has no flavor. The MN sushi pizza had pretty good flavor. I couldn’t imagine ordering it as is with pizza sauce. We changed it to alfredo…which I would order light sauce next time so it doesn’t over power the flavor of the toppings next time. The mac & cheese pizza was good. I’d probably get it without bacon next time. Just didn’t like the flavor it added. My daughter loved the pepperoni sticks! I don’t like pepperoni so I didn’t try them. I got pizza sauce and cheese sauce to dip them in. Nobody cared for the cheese sauce. They liked the pizza sauce though! There was a couple pizzas listed on the Google maps menu that made us want to order from Gary’s, but they weren’t available. Super disappointed about that!

I order delivery often. Tonight I spent $55 plus tip. I asked that food be cooked longer than usual – I don’t like soggy pizza. I asked for napkins as wings and dessert pizza are sticky. No napkins. The wings were cool at the center – not heated long enough. The dessert pizza crust was so soggy that it drooped and the topping slid off. Had to use a spoon. The pizza was slightly better, but doughy and not done. Not a fan of undercooked, soggy, doughy, barely warm food. Not a one off – it’s happened B4. When it’s good, it’s good. Hit or miss. Tonight was a miss. I expect more for $55. There have been times I didn’t receive my special of the day discount. When you call, you are told they can’t refund. They offer coupons instead, but they’re rarely sent. Buyer beware.

We absolutely love their food! Great quality and taste! This rating is based on the customer service and disrespect of the manager of our last order. We ordered wings on 7/1 and they forgot them. I reached out to the store 3 times with no response. On Saturday i reached out for the 4th time and I spoke with a staff named Nick and he stated the manager would be at the St. Cloud store Sunday and he would provide my name/number. After no response yet again. I called again 7/4. I was told she was too busy to speak to me. I explained the situation and my frustrations. I could hear her in the background grumbling and being rude. When she finally got on the phone she said I was supposed to call her on Saturday. Why would be the one to call her?? I explained the situation she continued to talk down to me and I said I actually wanted to place an order today as we had guests coming and this was our favorite pizza place just wanted to resolve. She again was rude wouldn’t tell me her name and hung up. I had to call back and get her name, Tina. So although we love Gary’s pizza and we know this was a mistake, if this is how we will be treated when trying to simply call to resolve we probably need to take our business elsewhere
