I cannot recommend Garret’s Mill enough! We came in for breakfast and everything was 10/10.
The biscuits and gravy are the absolute star—easily some of the best I’ve ever had. They are savory, fluffy, and pure comfort food. We also ordered the French toast, which was perfectly golden and delicious, along with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and a side of home fries that were seasoned to perfection.
It’s rare to find a place where every single item on the plate is a winner. The atmosphere is charming and the service is incredibly friendly. If you’re in Stow and want an authentic, high-quality breakfast, this is the place to be!

The online reviews were good so I came for breakfast. I am a big fan of fresh corned beef hash and had this place on my list. I had the King of Corn Beef Hash. Corned beef on home fries and grilled onions. It comes with 3 eggs and toast. My plate came with a healthy portion of food and did not disappoint. You could taste the quality of the corned beef. I was told it is sourced from same supplier as a top corned beef restaurant in Cleveland that everyone knows is the best. The menu offers some items that are very popular and I would love to try some of them next time. This is a small locally owned restaurant and I counted 13 tables. It is not big but had tables for 2, 4 or 8 people so still able to handle most crowds. This is a great little diner with good food and good service.

Great service. Big portions. Great food. Owner was great. Server was in top of things. It’s a diner but above average. Stopped here for Breakfast after a weekend at the Football Hall of Fame in nearby Canton. Would definitely go back if in the area. Plenty of parking. Right off the main road. Restrooms were spotless. Handicapped parking available. Might be a little tight if you are in a wheelchair but I bet they would accomade you. Small place and was crowded when we arrived at noon but a table was quickly cleaned and available. Love supporting a locally owned place. Typical diner prices.

This place has a down home feel. Open kitchen and small dining area, adding to that feel. The breakfast burrito was delicious. I got a seasonal salted caramel hot chocolate as well.

Friendly staff and atmosphere! Loved seeing the family work in the back. The food was good but I asked for runny yellows and cooked whites and got fully cooked eggs so I subtracted a star for that. The fresh fruit cup was perfect with in season fruits and berries. I ordered the corned beef hash (4/5) and a kids silver dollar entree (5/5). The pancakes are completely fluffy no crispy edges

Like a small town mom & pop place. The food was fabulous. My husband & kids went there on Saturday while I was at work. They loved it so much hubby took us on Sunday since I didn’t get to experience it. I had the steak and eggs which normally goes either way good or bad but my steak medium was perfectly cooked tender & deliciously seasoned. The biscuits & gravy are 2nd to none. The gravey is definitely made in house & it’s awesome. My kids had the croissant breakfast sandwich which is huge & they took nothing home because the ate it all. The soups are homemade & I can’t wait to go back. I’d definitely recommend making sure you stop in and try this awesome restaurant.

I very rarely write reviews but my girlfriend and I stumbled upon this diner for a late breakfast and absolutely loved our experience. The home fries and eggs were perfectly prepared and the fruit cup was far more decadent than we expected. The atmosphere felt like how a proper diner should feel, with everyone super friendly and chatty. Many many thanks to the lovely Karen who sat next to us and made our experience memorable. Definitely a hidden gem that we will always make time to return to!

The atmosphere wasn’t terrible, but the layout leaves less than to be desired. Maybe 12 tables max so really not huge party capable unless you’re reserving the whole space.
However, the food was absolutely delicious! What we had an issue was with the price versus the value. Food was very good, but for 3 people, breakfast, and less than an hour of service. It definitely should not have cost $72, including the tip. (Literally $30 more, we had and an exceptional meal at Vicious Biscuits for 4 people plus mimosas.)
It was clean.
There was no alcohol on our bill.
The food was delicious, but nothing was EXTRAORDINARY.
We won’t be back and not because of the service. Price versus value needs to be addressed.

Great experience. Friendly service and caring. Food was delicious, French toast is still lingering on my taste buds! My family was in town for a cheerleading competition and the owner let us finish signs(that was a last minute emergency) Great guy! Can’t wait to come back.

It is a nice american food diner. The food is flavorful and enjoyable. Their omelets and stake and eggs were both very good. Remember to add their sausage gravy to your omelette. My wife enjoyed the chicken philly cheese stake and recommends it for lunch. The staff was attentive and pleasant and eating there was a very good experience both times. I highly recommend for anyone who likes American diner food.
