We ordered the 100 piece sushi and honestly, it was mid. I’d give it a solid 7/10. The rice wasn’t cooked perfectly a bit too firm, which threw off the texture. Some rolls were decent, but nothing really stood out. Presentation was beautiful, but for the hype and price, I expected more. Not bad, just not impressive decent if you’re craving sushi, but definitely not top tier

I got the wrong thing from my Talabat order and the restaurant argued with me. They said Talabat made a mistake on both the photo and description. Both. How is this my fault, I don’t know. See attached what I ordered and received.
All they needed to do was say sorry and send what I ordered. The order was already very late. But they first tried to blame it on Talabat and took some time to say they will replace it. I think it’s because they were trying to find a way to blame me.
And then they asked me to return the wrong pieces, which of course I have. They are crazy.
Expensive and not that fresh.

Bad Experience, bad service
The Atmosphere is absolutely ZERO
The service was TERRIBLE, I tried it 2 times before it was good ; However, this time it was so bad .
We waited so long for the order 50 min+ , then the order was wrong ( they give us less pieces than we paid for and order – we didn’t realize until we left ) , the sushi was oily , and the nigri was cold (than usual) . Then we waited so long to have the receipt , it was wrong tho . We asked them to check the bill , and the waiter left us – we asked them to give the right receipt 3 times literally ti have . The the didn’t gave us all the remaining change!
Actually some of the waiters was very RUDE !

The worst sushi ever .. spring rolls full of oil , sushi full of oil , dynamite shrimp made with boiled shrimp and used cocktail sauce .. super ugly.. don’t go there for sushi , they are going to ruin the whole experience for a sushi person

but this is the second time that they bring my sushi missing.

So I wented there again for sushi and it was fantastic!!! This time we ordered a combo of 100 with many many varieties and most of the sushi is delicious!!! Of course the manager of the this restaurant gave us a complementary salad that was also soooo good!! Keep the good work guys
I love it! I will definitely go again. They have sushi here and the food is excellent! If you love sushi you should come here and try! I will definitely come again! You can decide what combos you prefer and add the sushi you like They have 15, 30, 50, 70 pieces of . Little pricey for Egypt but is worth it. Go and eat and you will be impressed! They stuff there are friendly and helpful.

This used to be my favorite place for sushi and my go-to spot. Unfortunately, the food is no longer fresh and the overall quality is very poor, whether dining in or ordering delivery, and this has been the case for quite some time. On top of that, it is overpriced for what is being served.

I made an order on New Year’s Eve. They sent me 8 extra orders of spring rolls and charged me for them. When I tried to contact them no one answered. The food tasted terrible and was ice cold. The delivery person dropped the stuff and the sushi was all messed up. They didn’t send me any soy sauce and they didn’t respond. I am not eating Garnell ever again even though it was my go to.
