the soondubu was super flavorful — I loved that the beef pieces (seemed like brisket!) were high quality and large in size, not just small bits!
the galbitang broth was addictive and perfectly seasoned, and came with ample meat and noodles. when I thought i was tapped out full at the end of the meal i kept picking my spoon back up to take one more sip lol!
the vegetable noodles were underratedly delicious — props to the choices of vegetables (especially to the inclusion of both red and green bell peppers AND shiso/perilla leaf which made the noodles SO refreshing). this was just what i needed to refuel my body after a long day :-).
also have to shoutout the banchan here, which were across the board SO well seasoned — so far they have the best fish cake banchan i’ve had in las vegas!! the server, matthew (who was awesome), even graciously offered to give us some to take home with our leftovers, which was a sweet gesture :-).
If you have a big group- I suggest to call ahead and reserve.
Besides getting the usually – bulgogi and kalbi, must get galbijjim, stone bibimbap, and seafood pancake. They do have a family combo. For galbijjim, ask to add tsebokki and extra cheese.
Service is great. Great amount of selection on the menu.
This is hands down the best Korean restaurant I’ve ever tried outside of Korea. The ingredients are always fresh, the meat perfectly tender, and the flavors balanced just right—never overpowering, just authentic and deeply satisfying. The soup is truly unreal—rich, comforting, and exactly what you’d hope for in traditional Korean cooking.
I’ve been coming here for the past three years—at least six visits—and the quality has been amazingly consistent every single time. Matthew is always super helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed our meal very much, just as we have every time before.
We got the spicy pork bulgogi, soybean stew with brisket, beef short rib soup, and the hot stone bibimbap. It was all good. The banchan was good, just wish there was more.
Will definitely be back. We wanted to order half the menu!
