We love to come chat with Ivan and Gilberto and eat delicious Mexican brunch, it’s become a weekend ritual. Fresh, healthy, authentic Mexican food and hospitality, and even delicious traditional vegetarian plates like huitlacoche that are hard to find elsewhere, hand made tortillas which are naturally gluten free, and yes, those are grilled prickly pear cactus on my brunch plate, nopales. You can’t beat it, both for quality of food and options. The food alone is worth the trip but the cherry on top is that these guys are treasured community members and are constantly goving back and helping people in need! We feel great every time we come here for the great food, conversation and wonderful people they are. Couldn’t think of a business I’d rather support.

My first time to this place. I went because of the $1 dollar tacos. By far the best $7 dollar I’ve ever spent. Homemade corn tortillas. Made fresh in front of you. Love the authenticity of the Mexican taco. Service was pleasant. Friendly people. Very fluent in Spanish & in English. Celest and the cook were very kind. Chips fried fresh also. The atmosphere of the place was very much like an authentic Mexican kitchen, but for most… might find it needing a fresh new look. But for me, I felt right at home!

Stopped here to pick up a to-go order for my wife. She had ordered from the “Too Good To Go” app. Which is a cool app if you like trying new food at a reduced price. Anyway, she received the Flautes with refried beans and a small salad. Everything tasted great! The flautes were hot and delicious! We want to go back and dine-in.

I only go for $1 tacos on Tuesday. In my opinion they should always be $1. Very small, and the meat is…sometimes questionable. The Carnita’s taco which is pork was very weird. the pork was cold, and it was very hard so it was almost like chewing a ROCK. It was more fat pieces which we had to spit out or give to the dog because it’s NOT EDIBLE.. I’m not sure why there’s so many fat pieces in it.
The chicken tinga taco’s had literally 4 pieces of tiny meat, you can see in the picture lol. We were basically eating onions and cilantro. The chicken Fajitas tacos were good, no complaints. IF I were to ever return i’d get only the chicken fajita, and tinga taco’s.. hopefully there’ll be more meat but they are a dollar so you get what you pay for ♀️
We also ordered queso and chips. they don’t heat the chips up, so they were ice cold and hard.. luckily I had some tortilla chips already to eat with the queso. they also microwave the queso, and they do it way before the food is done so i had to reheat it, queso is okay. just get your own chips!
Customer service is okay, cashier always starts a conversation he’s nice. they are nice people!

Looks can be deceiving as it may look unimpressive on the outside, but the food is delicious and the service was prompt and attentive. Brush up on your Spanish before you go so you can better communicate.

First of all the place is decent, clean, and welcoming. Service was very good, the only thing i think they could do better is cooking time could be a bit faster, but i do see why it took a bit long. Food is fresh every day, hand made tortillas, which is not seen often and deffenetly is appreciated. So if you’re into fast food places, this is not it. Quality over quantity best describes Garibaldi’s! Food had very good presentation, looked apetizing, taste was amazing. The tacos soft or hard were very good. Its good pricing, much better than other places i’ve visited. Other places i’ve been to want to charge $30 for 3 tacos which is just right down ridiculous. This is great tasting and very well worth the visit, woun’t break your wallet. Deff recomend and will be coming back on a weekend for the pozole, or the menudo bowls.

I found out about this place a few months ago. $1.50 Tacos on tuesdays. I’ve been picking them up every week since then for my boss and myself. They are basic street tacos so it’s cilantro, onions, and your choice of meat. The service is always great. The gentleman who takes my order is always very polite and friendly. I’ve never had an issue with this place. The restaurant is a small mom-and-pop Mexican style restaurant. I honestly haven’t had anything off of the menu yet other than a couple of small items, but the tacos I get every week are phenomenal and I’ve Had Each one they offer. If you’re looking for a great meal at a super inexpensive price then check out their Taco Tuesday specials.
