Food presentation is fantastic. The food is very consistent and taste great every time. They take a lot of pride and what they do. I also think you should expand to the Springdale Summer St., Bedford Street area the population there would really appreciate it.

I picked up some Chicken Quesadillas with rice and beans, and it was good. It may depend on your tastebuds, but if you want tasty and not to overwhelming with spices this is a good choice. Meal was a little expensive (but so is the rest of the world) but filling. There is space to eat inside if you need to. Colorful vibe. I didn’t see a menu with a description of items that would’ve helped me with what to try. But overall, good vibe.

For me this is a cute place and reminds me of back home in California. The food is good every time I go. I added extra close up photo of the chicken enchilada to me it’s cooked perfectly not hiding behind spice or sauce. Sauce is on the side in a cup. You may call it bland this is like food i grew up with. This is good food and I don’t care for the negative reviews. I love the simple food and atmosphere and the people there. Bonus: they let me come back.

After reading many previous reviews, decided to give this restaurant a try. I have lived in San Antonio, TX Southern California, Florida etc. and have always been able to find good Mexican Food. The reviews were very misleading. We ordered the steak fajitas and chicken enchiladas. The steak was extremely tough, flavorless and chewy. The onions/peppers were properly grilled and tasty. No chips and salsa were offered. The chicken enchiladas were passable, but not recommended. I will say our server was very kind and professional. I am sorry, I do not recommend this restaurant.

Ordered a burrito with rice & beans on the side for the first time from this place and NEVER AGAIN the tortilla was SOGGY felt like mush they put dried cooked beans with the rice which is a terrible idea ♂️ and when I grabbed the burrito it started breaking apart

This is a Mexican deli with half a dozen booths. All were full while I was eating and everyone except me was Latino, and there was a constant stream of food being collected for take away. I’ve not been to Mexico but this seemed pretty authentic to me, with a menu that was in Spanish first and English second, and generous portions and very reasonable prices.
The staff were super friendly and the service efficient, backed up by a super soundtrack of everything from vintage Cumbia to techno. This was the ultimate antidote to plastic chain restaurants, with the only thing in common being Pancho Vila posters and black and white photos of men in big hats.
Thoroughly recommended if enjoy Mexican food and want something different from the run of the mill.

Eat here almost on a weekly basis and thoroughly enjoy it every time. My daughter likes the tacos, flautas among many other dishes and shes not even 5, the portions are generous and prices very reasonable.
