1st time here at 502 lounge, and I must say, a time was had! Older crowd which was ideal for me as a 1st timer. The older woman who served as a waitress was Soo dark sweet! Pork chops was , security guard Ace was sweet and friendly, atmosphere high energy, line dancing, lights not too bright , women elegant and non confrontational..it was just a chill, laid back night. I wasn’t worried about being under dressed..as the older crowd wore what they felt like. All in all, I enjoyed myself! I highly recommended!

Me and my friend went on 5/9 2025 at the time (7:30 p.m.) we normally would go on prior days. We happen to be customers that come every once in a while versus every week. When we walked in we seated ourselves at the bar. Mind you the bar wasn’t crowded at all. My friend and I waited for 20 to 30 minutes before we were served. The two bar tenders* (One older with a brown sweater wearing jeans and the younger with curly hair wearing a black fitted dress) were intentionally ignoring us. When the younger bartender finally said something, her exact words were “Are you guys waiting to be served”. I politely said to her “Yes”! The older bartender came off very derogatory and belligerent when I asked the younger bartender if they had Riesling wine. Fast forward, the younger bar tenders demeanor remain excessively ruled. When it came time for my tab I was charged 46 dollars. I had never been charged 15 dollars for a double shot of Tito’s before. She also charged me 11 dollars for 1 shot of Remy (Which was a little bit more understandable). My friend went to pay for her 6 piece chicken with cash and the older bartender loudly said in a derogatory way “We don’t accept cash”. Mind you…she had just charged a customer that paid with cash, in which my friend and I both witnessed. On my receipt they had the nerves to suggest I leave a $5.60 tip but I did not considering the service was terrible. The two bar tenders working today I have never seen before as many times as I have been to 502. I still left a 3 dollar tip. $49.33 was my overall total after.

The chicken wings were fried to perfection and I placed 3 orders. I could not get enough. They couldn’t get them out to us fast enough. The drinks were so good I forgot how to count. I messed up the whole floor line dancing a good time was had, then it was time to go home. I enjoyed every bit of it. We’ll definitely be back.

Stopped in for a drink. That took about 20 minutes. The place was extremely crowded. There was no way to move around without touching another human. Good old school music. Older crowd present

I thought this was an upscale venue. I do not like drinking from a plastic cup after paying $26 for 1 drink. The young lady who served me was very nice. The gentleman was upset because I asked for a glass to serve the bride a drink. Where is the elegance in this establishment. I had no food nor comment.
