Im going to call balls and strikes. Both pros and cons.
Postivies:
1. Food quality is incredible!
2. Decor is charming
3. Speed to order, make, and pick up was quicker than expected.
Opportunities to improve:
1. Portion size for price is absurd. You charge extra for a pickle and $3.75 for a cookie. I can get a dozen + cookies from giant eagle for $1.25 more. $4.00+ for a 20oz iced tea is insane. A bowl of soup for $6.00 with a sliver of bread (also charged extra) is ludicrous. I spent $78.00 and got 3 bowls of soup (i guess “bowl” is a relative term), half of a sandwhich, a wrap, 2 sandwiches, an iced tea and 2 cookies and i joke you not; i stood in the parking lot wondering if i forgot a 2nd bag of food inside. I was dumbfounded.
2. Im not sure who your target market is supposed to be, but how many people are going to shell out $14.00 for a sanwhich when they can get more for their money elsewhere? I can tell you how many at 3:30pm on a monday. Just 1!
3. I walked in, told the employee it was my first time there and was excited to try their menu and in hoping for a reply or a thank you for choosing them and spending dang near $80.00 i was rewarded with silence. Seeing how i was literally the only customer in the building i expected a tad bit of appreciation for spending $80.00 on a first time visit. Nope, nada.
My suggestions:
1. A little friendlier attitude. The restaurant feels like a home from a decor perspective, but the emotional atmosphere felt like a showroom.
2. For $14.00+ a customer should get a stinking pickle, double side portion, and a drink. I don’t know how youre going to compete.
3. If the customer quantity at 3:30 in afternoon is any indication of the situation then you need to act fast in altering your portion sizes for the prices sooner than later.
4. Don’t alter your ingredients because they are superior. Absolutely fanstatic quality!!

This is a MUST STOP for salads & wraps! The restaurant is immaculately clean, absolutely beautiful & spacious. I would take anyone here for a delicious choice of healthier eats. Whether you are eating in or picking up, all the food is wrapped & secured . They also have an additional room off to the right that you can rent out for parties and such. Soups have also all been absolutely delicious. These salads are so big it makes 2 meals for me.

We had Garden Kettle cater a meal for our school in honor of Teacher & Staff Appreciation week. Their service was phenomenal. Stacy arrived promptly on time, with a smile on her face, a rolling cart to get it all in, and an amazing selection of food. Everything was packaged beautifully and they even brought signs for what was what, along w serving utensils. We had a delicious selection of items that the staff raved over. Everything was so fresh and tasty! I’d highly recommend for your catering need.

The food was delicious. This is an order at the counter of place which makes it quick and easy to get your food. I had the fiesta bowl which was excellent and my husband had the big cheese panini and the tomato bisque. We were both quite satisfied. I could not eat the entire bowl. It was a lot of food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Since this was our first time they showed us how the ordering worked. We plan on returning! Highly recommend.

I love hitting the garden kettle for breakfast. It’s really a nice change to have something healthy than greasy normal restaurant food. They’re always happy to make any special order and everyone is friendly. Also, check out their family meals on Wednesday night. I have not had a bad one yet they are very well prepared for a great price

I had 1/2 roast beef sandwich and broccoli cheese soup that were both amazing! Everything was really fresh and delicious. I thought that prices were reasonable. Staff was very friendly. I love the ease of ordering and pick up. I highly recommend.

The soups are exceptionally delicious! Tried a couple different menus and seems like we probably keep coming back. Good selection of sandwiches, soups and omg sides! Didn’t disappoint yet! Plus the family meals are totally worth it what more could one ask for. One thing is I wish there’s no extra charge for using credit card but I mean it’s totally understandable. Staffs are super friendly and quick to help. You earn another regulars!
