Good amount of food for the price, enough to feed two people easily. Mango and bourbon chicken were both really tasty. The Lomein was on the bland side. Egg roll was good but would have been better with some duck sauce (wasn’t available). All in all good especially for mall Chinese food. Employees were fine, no one was rude like so many other reviews mention ♀️

The black female employees, don’t greet you with a “Hello, how are you?” Or may “I take your order?” They seem as if customers are bothersome. They’re RUDE. They don’t say thank you, after the purchase is made. They’ll just hand your change or receipt to you, and rudely turn and walk away. Food wise, it’s good with generous portions. What do you value? Good food and good customer service? Or good food with very disrespectful rude customer service…for your hard earned $$? Attitude reflects ownership/management.

Food is great, but the woman with the short blue hair and glasses is very disrespectful. She cussed me and girlfriend out for barely touching the glass! And then processed to say “these mf’s are lucky I’m on my medicine bc I would beat tf out of these people dealing with them” I remember when this place use to have nice workers! Now it’s all ghetto and disrespectful people complaining over a job where they scoop chicken into a paper plate! Also food is overpriced should get a discount for dealing with disrespectful people!

The customer service is not good. Both employees had poor attitudes upon approach. Just grumpy and rude for no reason. I ordered “vegetable” egg rolls but when I got home I discovered they had meat in them.

ever since the lady died the food and workers have sucked. its awful lol. the cashier acted as if weighing my food instead of using the set price was such a burden. so she commented on how its only a couple of cents cheaper. i threw my credit card in her hand just to feel better lmao

People behind the counter were so rude and nasty and unprofessional, my daughter wanted a little of everything and the women acted like that made her mad. Started fixing my plate and the other girl was a little nicer, told the cashier lady I had 3 plates , 3 drinks a egg roll all she was worried about is if I wanted soy sauce. Service has gotten terrible over the last couple months. Just about don’t ever wanna go back, only rated one star cause that’s all I could.

Was actually at Stir Fry and the usual lady at Garden Grill was over there visiting I suppose and my little sister went with me and the stir fry owner was very ugly. And the garden grill lady made fun of her. I told her to be nice and we walked away with her feelings hurt and they taunted us the whole way out. I love their food, but they had NO reason to be that ugly to a 12 year old. Not going back.

I often come to eat here because it is close to work and I only half 1/2 hour lunch. Today at 2:34 I was served leftovers from their lunch rush. The chicken and crab rangoon was hard and was not able to eat it. I took it back wanting a refund the 3 women employees starting being negative to me about it and I should eat it or they can top it off with more. They claimed I ate most of it so I couldn’t get a refund all I ate was the egg roll and some rice. They are shady and nasty people I will not go back. I assumed after eating there all the time they would make it right but obviously not

My husband ate at Garden and Grill today which is Nov. 30th, 2020. He purchased a salad and we assume the cook dropped their gum in the salad. That’s disgusting! Drop gum out of your mouth into food that’s being prepared. I’m not done with this you best believe.
