The price was very high per person too, it was $17.99 per person. The food wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t good… I wouldn’t go back again.

The price is just right. Some food items are really delicious, like the baked mussels fried shrimp. Some are ok. I enjoyed the little cakes, tastes like tiramisu.
This is my 2nd time, and it won’t be the last. We’ll bring out of state relatives when they come to visit.

Chinese buffet that offers all the usual suspects! But, they did get the flavors right! You know how these places tend to have some hint of the same flavor across all the dishes? These are a good variety of flavors. It looks and tastes like they use a lot of Tumeric? Which is nice. Adult lunch on a Saturday is 13.99.

I’m a person who always wants to give out good reviews or no reviews. I was so happy when a new restaurant opened and it was a buffet. I had high hopes.
Basically the food is mediocre. The atmosphere is mediocre. The weight staff didn’t really seem to keep to a role. It would be nice if they wore uniforms.
I was impressed with the heat and steam rising off of the buffet. The same steam makes the dining area muggy.
They did have a small selection of salads, desserts, seafood, and other traditional dishes. The dish I liked the best was the sautéed green beans, they were cooked to perfection. The sushi rolls were good. They were a bit small but moist and tasty.
We had lunch after church on a Sunday and discovered that all day Sunday and holidays were considered dinner rates. So we paid the$17.99 a person.
In conclusion, I probably will not go back again unless somebody offers to pay for it.

Always nice staff. I kind of hold a grudge against all buffets that don’t include your drink. Food was a little cold for some dishes but everything tasted good. Could have a few more salad bar items. Overall I am glad we have a buffet back in Roseburg.

Several excellent selections on the chinese buffet. The pork balls and pineapple skewers and creamy shrimp were top notch. Fresh salad and lots of desert options. Sushi is done on large platters that they replace after it’s all gone. Best to wait for a fresh sheet.

Decent buffet. If you like China Sun up north in Springfield, you will like this place. They have mostly the same dishes, including coconut shrimp. You can tell the oil is fresh on fried foods, like the asian donuts. The french fries were actually really good. Ranch, too. Most of the food could have been kept warmer. The “Crab puffs” don’t have any Crab in them, and the filling is a little too sweet. The spring rolls also lack filling. The honey pork was good. The chicken stick was overcooked and dry. The rice and noodles could have been better, not exactly sure hoe to explain that. The sushi is decent. It’s buffet sushi, so it’s not top tier, and it’s small portions and they dont put out a lot at any time, but I think that’s a good idea to reduce waste and keep it fresh. The desserts were cleared out, so that’s a good sign. The chocolate cake was pretty good. They have blue bunny brand ice cream cups.

I like their food okay. It’s great for the price. I would not bring my gourmet eating son though. If you want hot Chinese mustard with your egg rolls, bring your own. They have yellow mustard, yes the kind you put on hot dogs. YUCK! That’s pretty low.

So happy to have a Chinese buffet back in town. This place is fantastic. I wish they had the peanut butter chicken that old China buffet had, but otherwise all the food is great, great pricing for today’s crappy economy, and they’re always friendly. And, as with the previous China buffet, garden buffet has the best cream cheese won tons in town. Bursting with creamy cheese.

With buffets usually it is hit or miss, but this one is definitely a hit. Replay great food and nice service. Good variety of meat and all other food. But for me meat is really important lol. Also really delicious hot tea
