We had a party of 12 and had the best time. The service was so great! Our server was so wonderful, took care of our every need. The food is excellent. They have the best Birria tacos. Their chiles toreados are one of my faves as well, full of flavor and not too hot. The guacamole, whether you order the smooth or chunky, is fresh and delicious. And they have the best churros I’ve ever eaten. The restaurant has an authentic vibe and all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We drive 30 minutes to this restaurant and is worth it every time.

I love the vibe of this place. Better and doesn’t seem like a chain restaurant like other nearby Mexican restaurants. Food is typical but good. Service is always great and the restaurant is super clean. This is one of our favorite local go to restaurants.

I usually dont give ratings but this was one of the worst experience i have ever had. I ordered pick so I’m standing behind a customer that was being helped; as the customer in front of me was leaving a Caucasian lady walks in and they greeted her and asked “how can I help you.” The woman looks at me and I look at her, she says “wasn’t you before me? I said yes and looked at the 2 ladies behind the counter with an aggravated expression and said “I have a pick up order.”
They never greeted me and treated me like I didn’t matter. I will never go back and food was not good as well. I ordered fajita nachos and the steak was hard to even chew.

Ordered burrito without rice, add queso, and chicken and beef. Got a burrito with everything above missing. And half the burrito was rice!! Only giving one star because the young lady at the front desk was nice

Traveling thru town and based on other reviews decided to stop in. Glad I did! Grew up in Southern California with lots of mexican food, so I’m kinda picky. Ordered quesa birria and it was amazing! Would highly recommend stopping here. *Note – I’m from out of town and when I went to the Water St location it doesn’t look like the pic I saw in reviews and I was a little hesitant to go in. Go in if Google takes you to this location, it’s good food!

* updated to say, thank you for acknowledging and addressing my concern. Long time fan, first time complainer Ive never seen a burrito float. That is not a new summer treat we need to get behind. It is infact, pretty gnarly. I enjoyed my sope, but considering my mother’s birthday and wish for a simple bean and beef burrito led to this arriving on her table. Do better, please. We all work hard for our money and know you guys work the hardest in the food industry but we need better.

This is a really solid place. Not the best ive had but definitely good. The horchata was delicious as well. I tried the Birria Tacos and an al pastor taco. The birria was pretty dang good and was loaded with meat. The al pastor was pretty tasty as well. Just a word of warning the green sauce has a pretty decent kick to it, normally this is a more mild sauce. My co-worker had some chicken dish which he enjoyed. The service was good and prices were fairly inexpensive. For the 5 of us it was about 125 with a tip. I really wanted to try the fried banana but i was too full. I think when i come back in a month or so I’m gonna come for dessert! Lol thanks guys!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere! Fresh cilantro, the sliced avocado was so good & fresh; & they have Cholula sauce too! The mushrooms were full of flavor and was a much larger serving than I expected. I think my eyes were larger than my stomach so I took the leftovers home. Also on their menu are toreados!!! This is a very nice and relaxing place to go for some good food, drinks, and chill time. It felt like home away from home for me. (#ElPasoStrong) I will definitely be back!
