The food is Mexican and the place is Mexican themed, but the food is just your average Mexican joint with nothing crazy. If you’re in the area and don’t want to drive no further this place will satisfy the craving. Service was okay. There was 6 of us and one of the plates came out with the wrong meal and had to be fixed. Asked for an extra plate and they forgot until we finished eating. They do great at filling up your soda cups though! And the waiters are nice.

Out of the gate this place was a let down and it only got worse. We asked the hostess for a booth rather than a hard ass chair… The hostess tells me she can’t give me a booth because of the server rotation and puts me in a table right next to the kitchen. The restaurant wasn’t even half full and there was plenty of open booths. Secondly, I ordered nachos for an appetizer, as you can see by the picture…. There must be a cheese shortage. Since I’ve never been here before I ordered the chile verde. It’s garbage. This stuff tastes like it came out of al soup can from last week. Chile verde should melt in my mouth and this stuff I had to chew, it was dry and overall not too pleasant.

Used to come here as a kid. Haven’t been in over a decade. Overall, the staff and locations are as good as ever—happy to see that. The food, however, was just fine. Super tough to pinpoint anything in particular. Overall—it was fine.
I remember having a steak as a kid and loving it. Maybe give one of those a try if you’re in the area. And tell them it’s your birthday because they sing and that’s always awesome.

Waitress was great.
Their horchata is pretty darn good.
And really liked the beans that they put out with the initial bowl of chips. And the chips seems to be pretty good except for some pretty big concerns.
The initial bowl of chips we got seemed tasty but they weren’t fresh. When our waitress brought us a replacement bowl it was very fresh. Because of the freshness though, we could smell how rancid the oil was that they were cooking the chips in. They must not change the oil very often because it was very rancid. A very strong odor to it.
We didn’t eat any more of the chips but still both had some stomach issues that night and the next day.
The rest of the food was just okay. Even if we didn’t have health concerns about the management of the food it wouldn’t be a place that we would go back to. Better options around.

The food is just alright. If you’re expecting large portions, prepare to be disappointed. However, this place might have the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant, period. The waitresses and waiters are super attentive to their tables and super kind. If you’re looking for more of a nice dining experience rather than amazing food, this place is great.

The food was delicious and the waiter, he was the very best ever! Michael has a dry sense of humor but he was a perfect match to ours!

We started with the spinach and cheese dip , salsa, and bean dip as well as a margarita. The margarita was huge but didn’t really taste good which really bummed me out. We are always looking for a good margarita and I guess it still remains elusive. I don’t think they mixed it very well and would’ve been better if they had. The prices were good for drinks though. Cheaper than most places assuming you can have them mix it better. The spinach and cheese dip was surprisingly good though. I could’ve eaten a few bowls of it for sure. I thought it was going to be overpowered with spinach flavor but it had just the right amount. Highly recommend it. The salsa was a good flavor and I really enjoyed the bean dip they give you as well. I hadn’t actually had bean dip before but I would def ask for more if we go back. I got the smothered jack fajitas and they were pretty good. It was a huge portion of course which made for a lot of leftover but it was still good as leftovers. They seasoned the meat well and the cheese was a good touch. I’d eat it again. Overall, we liked the place. We don’t really have any go to Mexican places we love here in Utah so it will stay on the short list to visit again.
