This is by far one of my Top 5 favorite places in the whole world!!! We usually do pizza Tuesday. I have so pretty rare food allergies, and my fiance wanted Subway and they don’t offer anything for me…. So he went over to see Maria, and she took care of us… She is amazing. I never finish…. The restaurant business in the Tillamook area is kind of rough, yet the Mexican food truck scene seems to be pretty competitive.
What I love about this truck is that they provide grilled onions. Very few places do this. Also, the food is good!
Ordered a birria burrito, huge, also includes lettuce and tomato which is a nice touch, and new to me. Plus the onions, which are identical to the ones used in a couple Puerto Rican sandwich shops up here. Would love to learn more
Got a steak and pollo taco. Very good portions.
EDIT: Their red salsa has a nice smoky chipotle flavor. The burrito provided 3-4 meals.

This taco truck is truly a hidden gem and one of the best I’ve ever tried. The service was excellent, and the food was both incredible and generously portioned. I ordered the flaming cilantro shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious! The birria ramem and fish tacos were also outstanding! Since it wasn’t busy when I visited, we received our order quickly. Highly recommend this spot!

The food and cooks are 5 star all the way. We tried 8 of the 16 meal options and all of them had fantastic flavor , texture, temperature and presentation. The spice level was from not spicy to make you sweat spicy so the whole family enjoyed it. The Super clean picnic table seating is covered and ample.
Atmosphere only got 3 stars because it’s a roadside food truck. Overall my family 10 out of 10 recommends this food truck.

One of the best trucks I’ve eaten off of! I was passing thru and stopped by. The people here are very friend and helpful in making choices. I opted for the Quesabirria taco and two of their fish tacos…..I’ve eaten many tacos around the world and these were some of the best ever! Do yourself a favor and stop by you won’t regret it!

Great place for some Mexican food on the Coast. The shrimp in the garlic shrimp plate were perfectly cooked and tasted great. The fish taco was great as well. The young woman running the register was very friendly and provided nice customer service.

Delicious Authentic Tasting Tacos. Hidden gem on the way to the beach.
Haven’t had a good taco experience in awhile til I went here. The service can be a bit slow since it’s usually just 2-3 people working, but it is worth the wait. The taste feels like Authentic Mexican tacos and the meat tasted great. Would recommend stopping by and i personally would come back again just for tacos.

Standout food truck just down the road from the Tillamook Creamery. We tried the shrimp taco and marinated pork taco and both were brimming with flavor. The Garcia Bowl was a great menu choice and we asked to change it up and make it half beef and half chicken and it was delicious. The real surprise was the day’s agua fresca flavor: cantaloupe, which we enjoyed so much we got another. There’s also a canopy over the picnic tables for added sun and wind protection.
