I’ve only had good experiences here. The empanadas are incredible and lots of delicious cupcakes to choose from. I decided to write a review today after picking up a special order. I would have felt it was justified if they’d canceled the order due to some circumstances out of their control. Instead, they went above and beyond to fulfill the order, and the cupcakes are gorgeous! I’ve always been impressed by their customer service but this experience exceeded expectations.

Garcia & Gavino never disappoints! They made us a tres leches banana cake, and it was absolutely delicious — so good it had us craving more the moment it was gone! Every bite was perfection.
We’ve been coming here for years, and the quality and flavor are always on point. Their burritos are hands-down some of the best around, and everything is made with so much care and flavor.

Amazing food! Breakfast burritos were delicious. I agree with another review, I’m surprised there isn’t a line out the door at this place. I had the Raja breakfast burrito and an empanada. Everything was so flavorful. Definitely will be returning!

These empanadas were absolutely incredible. I also got a chimichanga with chorizo which was wildly delicious!! The fillings are not only packed with robust flavor, but the crust pairs perfectly with each bite! I love good sauces, every sauce was fantastic, chipotle was my favorite but chimichuri was great too. I will be back regularly moving fwd, they just made a customer for life!! And I haven’t even tried the cupcakes yet

The breakfast burritos and cinnamon rolls are so so so GOOD! The cupcakes are really pretty and delicious. Will definitely be back to try more burritos and cupcakes. Staff are really nice. Everything looked very clean too!

All I can say is WOW. This place should have a line down the block. The food is so good that it’s hard to describe. We had the breakfast empanada which was perfectly baked and flaky. We also had the fried pork burrito and I would drive hundreds of miles to have another one. Finished off with a snickerdoodle with buttercream frosting. It’s rare to find a place that does breakfast this well. A must-stop if you’re anywhere nearby!

Simply outstanding! Been eyeing this place for a while and I am so glad I finally made it in! This small bakery sure packs a punch with a great selection of savory and sweet treats. I had the chance to try 6 of their empanadas, all flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The crust was crispy and the inside combined the following with cheese. The aji verde (creamy) and chimichurri sauce were amazing! I would definitely buy them by the bottle if available. I also tried the tres leches cupcake and was amazed at how spongy and delicious it was. A second trip to try the rest is already in the books, as I cannot wait to taste the rest of their delicious looking offerings. Whether you’re on your way somewhere or enjoying the day, make sure to do yourself a favor and try them out!

Now let’s talk empanandas……OMGosh! The Cuban empanadas was a burst of flavor and so good. Today, they were sold out of the Cuban, so I tried the corn street, I believe is what they called it.
The building is super cute, decorated, very classy, and it’s super clean! The parking is easy, and there are several pull-ups to the door spots and additional street parking.
The staff is super sweet, and the owner is amazing. Give her any custom idea, and she can make it. I saw one time she posted a custom cupcake that looked like an apple.
Don’t live in Front Royal? Neither do I. I actually live over an hour away, but I can tell you it’s totally worth the drive!!!! I also recommend ordering your favorites ahead of time so you know they will be there for your trip.

My husband, daughter, and I stopped in recently for breakfast. Their decor is beautiful and simple. The staff is some of the nicest I’ve ever encountered!!! They were all welcoming, warm, and attentive. I was having a difficult time deciding was sauce to go w my chorizo burrito and one of the ladies popped her head over the counter and gave me a suggestion- that was ON POINT! The food is AMAZING. Best chorizo I’ve had. Their cinnamon rolls are to die for as well. I can’t wait to go back for breakfast, and will absolutely be going back to try some of their incredible looking cupcakes
