Garbo’s is a must if you want incredible food, lovely atmosphere, and attentive service. The food is fresh, delicious, and offers a unique selection of dishes. Do yourself a favor and stop in for the fish burrito. It is hands down one of the best burritos Austin has to offer. Elaine served us tonight and she was kind, knowledgeable, and very attentive to my food allergy. Service was fast, portions were large, and it was very family friendly. We will definitely be back!!

Rarely (if ever) do you see a place pull that off. Prices are tough, but that’s standard fare for lobster rolls. The portion wasn’t great at the price point, but I still recommend highly! Staff is wonderful and the place is really inviting.

Absolutely incredible! The lobster rolls and appetizers were out of this world – every bite was pure flavor perfection. The kind of meal that leaves you craving more the very next day! I stopped in today, as I was curious. I ordered the spicy crab roll. It was Not a hit! The manager/lady at the front was informative at welcoming. The roll just didn’t taste good. The Caesar salad was over dressed, I ate 1/3 rd of all. She asked me shortly after trying the meal of it was “ok”? Although I said yes at the time, I should have told her I wasn’t impressed. When she came for the billing, she likely noticed I didn’t eat much. Just not appetizing, also overpriced considering it was a little bit of crab with lotsa cheese and packaged bacon bits. I won’t be returning!

Everything was flavorful and delicious! We got lobster mozzarella bites for $8 from the happy hour menu (4 pieces), the trio lobster rolls and a burger. The lobster rolls and burger come with a side – we got a caeser salad and chips. The salad was very good, the chips were ordinary chips. Everything was amazing. So amazing we ordered a regular size lobster roll after we were done with the trio! The Connecticut roll was our favorite. We are coming back! Service was also great and quick! I definitely recommend this place.

No wait – The lobster was delicious but the portions were so small for the price. I get inflation, price increases on food, and location. Expect to spend and not really be full.

Perfectly prepared lobster. Great service. The price and the location are interesting… I just want to feel a little more luxurious at the price point being charged. I can go right down the street to Clark’s for comparable prices and selection (maybe a lil more but they are not far off each other) but you get full amazing service there.
This feels like it is trying for what Birdie’s nails. I just wish I had full service or felt like the flow of service hit at a high level. If this was like $5 cheaper for my lobster I think it would have nailed the experience and price.
The loud high volume nonstop traffic was very much present.

It just didn’t feel like the “fine dining” price tag it carries.

I ate there yesterday and received great service and even better food!! We got the crab and fish rolls and they were incredibly!!! Tasted amazing and looked so delicious!! Would definitely recommend going!!
