Came in on Saturday night during the nfl playoffs. Sat at bar which is separated for the restaurant. order a pizza and pitcher of beer. The bartender Crisse was awesome, I was sitting for a while and she asked if I would like a new cold glass. The pizza came out and like usual it was top notch. Just like to thank from the owner to staff, bartender it’s nice to have a local spot to go to . This place is also family friendly . Great job .

Garbanzo’s serves well-made pizza in a rapidly developing area on the fringe of Caldwell. As far as I can tell, this location is primed for a long and successful reign as the chief neighborhood pizza parlor.
I’ve come on two occasions. I’ve tried the Hawaiian, cheese, margherita and monkey bread. The pizza is doughy and thick, pushing the limit of oven-cooked pizza and loitering on pan pizza property. And I love it.
The service both times I’ve come has been fantastic and it serves as compliment to this restaurant’s immaculate interior and cave-style bar. Placed on an idyllic Caldwell countryside, this place is a set piece.
It’s about 25 miles from my home in Boise but I’ve found myself out here a few times for work and I will always stop by if I’m in the area. I highly recommend Garbonzo’s Pizza.

Absolutely a great experience. The food was incredible and the staff fun and friendly. I have got to tell you about the wings. OMG they were honestly the best I have ever had. Slightly crunchy, a little spicy and served with home made ranch dressing.
My wife had a meat ball sandwich delicious and cheesy. Good cheese.
We also had an everything pizza. One of the best pizzas I have had. At least in the top 10. This place is a must do

Love the pizza called “Everything”! It’s loaded. Their dough is the best in town, hand made daily. Also, everytime I have a drink in the bar, the game is on, the service is top notch, and the crowd is the best in the 2c.

First time at this pizzeria. Had a Small 3 topping pizza and a drink. Also had a small salad from the salad bar. The pizza was hot and crust crispy. Compliments to the chef. The two young ladies behind the counter were welcoming and helpful. It’s was Friday night so it was busy but still had plenty of seating. They also have a nice bar area off to the side of the main dining area. Great atmosphere and fun music. I would definitely recommend checking them out if your in the area.

After placing a togo order via phone at 4:59 I was told my order would take about 20 minutes. I showed up just under 20 minutes kater expecting a 5-10 minute based on customer volume. I paid and was told “a few minutes” probably around 5:20. I waited in the lobby until 5:50 before I asked where my order was. The girl looked for it and discovered it sitting on top of the oven. Who knows how long it had been there and while I was asking, instead of responding, the girl took a phone call.I opened th3 box and the food was obviously not fresh and barley even warm.
Only reason they got 2 stars was because in the past this did not happen and the food was good but I won’t be going back, lost an hour of my time for nothing.

Super slow! 45 minutes for one pizza. We won’t come back. I ordered from here before and the take out was super slow too! I came when they said it would be ready but then waited 15 more minutes.
They have lots of staff working. They are friendly, just really slow!!

Spend 69$ on a large and small pizza and request ranch on the side and was told it was an extra fee.. because it was made in house… If it’s made in house it should be cheaper to make larger quantities let alone a small ask for a patron paying so much to try to support local…. On top of that the salad bar was in poor condition with lack luster salad available with browned lettuce that was warm and the dressing were warm
Still cleaned up the table and had it ready to be wiped down.

Terrible service absolutely terrible!! One the phone call the guy was very disrespectful we were just trying to order food. He then shoved the phone in face claiming I called earlier, also stating he worked there for 15 years I don’t know what he was trying to prove. Personally I don’t care you’ve worked in fast food your whole life. Genuinely concerned how this atmosphere changed they used to always be friendly. The fact he needed to be right so bad and got angry is concerning to be working around people. Over him putting our number on someone’s order I can’t imagine his face when the person who ordered before us showed up for there order. Absolutely embarrassing!
