Our first time and the food was good. It was a nice change from other quick serve restaurants. We were there on a Sunday at 5:15 pm. They offer 6 proteins but they were out of 2 of them. The man that waited on us was so soft spoken that we couldn’t understand most of what he said. We’ll stop in again and hopefully they will have a full menu available.

Came for lunch on Sunday, we were the only customers in the store which should have been a red flag. Ordered a signature plate and everything was ice cold. The chicken had a strange flavor, the rice was ok but was about the temperature you would expect from someone breathing on you from 2ft away. Service was barely passable and they have a credit card system that tries to bait you into tipping a minimum of 15%. Should have just gone to Jimmy Johns next door or one of the other 50+ restaurants within a 2 mile radius.

Update – I’m unsure what happened as of recently but their portions have got me extremely small. Nothing like it used to be . The food still good, actually probably a little bit better as far as preparation and freshness. However the portion sizes are extremely small. I’m not 100% sure if the price is went up, but I know I paid $21 for a bowl that was barely even halfway full. I used to eat here once to twice a week but for the amount of food it’s just not worth it. The photos attached are from my previous visits there.
I absolutely love this place! The food is always amazing, as are the employees. The variety of different options they provide gives you a new experience each time (or the same, if that’s what you prefer). I wanted to give a huge shout out to the one girl that works there. I didn’t get her name (I wish i would have..) but she was working in the evening (around 8pm) on 11/09/23 at the Niles location by the Mall. Every time I come in, she has a smile, is very welcoming and helpful. (To the managers and/or Owner, she is a huge asset to your establishment)

I ordered three meals online. The portions were so small. One of our orders had missing toppings we paid extra for, we never got the drink we ordered. But when I called the store back in Niles, the very nice lady said the next time I come in, she will give us our meals free and wrote my name down, at least they are trying to fix their mistakes. Just was disappointing…

This is casual eating a la chipotle style but with Mediterranean food. It’s done well. Although they could prob give a little more chicken, I won’t ding them for it.

Ordered take out yesterday for a late lunch. Food was ready when it said it would be. They kept the food behind the counter and not on the take out shelf. The prices for this place are the expensive side. I got a portobello stuffed pita and side of hummus & pita for almost $16. Ordering from their website was more expensive than ordering from the app, so that was odd. I saved almost $3 on the app vs the website. I do wish the description of the foods was put on the food when ordering because I didn’t know what was in some foods. My pita was so good and massive. I ended up saving half of it for dinner. The disappointment for me was the hummus. It was grainy and not smooth. It also was cold. Why give me warm pita but cold hummus. I get some people might want cold hummus but maybe put out the option for it to be cold or hot. I don’t know if they normally give you cold hummus in house though or if they warm it. I just found the hummus to be store grade basic. The pita was amazing though.
