We tried the fresh pork belly and beef brisket at Gangnam Bulgogi House, and everything was excellent. The fresh pork belly had beautiful marbling — incredibly savory with a chewy, satisfying texture.
The beef brisket was fresh and never frozen, and you could really taste the difference. It was juicy, tender, and full of flavor with every bite.
The Korean side dishes that came with the meal were all delicious, each one carefully prepared and well-seasoned. Nothing felt like an afterthought.
The service was absolutely perfect. The staff was attentive, professional, and very welcoming. They grilled the meat for us and made sure everything was cooked just right and easy to enjoy.
