$48 per head for AYCE wagyu.
soju $15
sapporo pitcher $29
Alcohol really steep especially for the sapporo.
Overall, food was good. No complaints.
Service/ordering could be better. Took awhile for stuff to come out and a lot of times it would be missing.
Good spot for AYCE eats.
Easy parking in the plaza.
And to top it off service was wonderful:)
The staff were very accommodating and explained everything.
Honestly everything was straight forward and we had a great meal.
When we walked in, it took a minute to adjust to the slight darkness of the restaurant because it was so dang bright outside. After my vision adjusted, I was met with nice décor and the sound (and video projection) of K-Pop playing in the background. Now, I’m not saying that every international restaurant should be playing the music that originates from their country, but for Korean BBQ, I 100% agree with K-Pop playing to set the mood while cooking and eating delicious grub. Within seconds, one of the employees (Tim – who happened to be our initial server), added our name to the wait list which wasn’t long at all…and within 4-6 minutes, he escorted us to our table. First off, I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Tim…he was extremely friendly; operated efficiently; and displayed maximum attentiveness throughout the first half of our dining experience. Unfortunately, we arrived towards the end of his shift so we had to say goodbye. But fortunately, the two employees who took over (Hans and Mary) were equally as exceptional – so kudos to them as well.
We ended up getting the Wagyu out of the three options that were offered (Angus, Prime, and Wagyu)…which was different because I normally get the middle option at every Korean BBQ since it’s normally plenty enough to choose from. Their graphic designer and marketing team are doing a great job because their website and advertisement surely caught my eye with the wagyu…and I’m glad that I choose it because the meats were outstanding! We ordered Marinated Prime Kalbi, Wagyu Brisket Point, A5 Wagyu, Lobster Tail, Snow Crab, Fresh Oysters, Gyoza/Mandu, Beef Bulgogi, Garlic Pork Belly, LA Kalbi, and a bunch of side veggies/sauces (Gochujang and Samjang). I can’t describe just how wonderful the wagyu was…it’s no wonder they only limit it to one order per person, because I could’ve sat there and just eaten that all night. The banchan was great but I did wish they had more options, especially cucumber kimchi. Also, the Garlic Pork Belly was good, but I prefer the plain Pork Belly – I didn’t see that as an option. Also, I hope this restaurant considers adding kimchi jjigae on their menu sometime soon.
Overall, I really enjoyed my first experience here. The prices are superb, costing only $28 for the Angus; $38 for the Prime; and $48 for the Wagyu…obviously subject to go up or down in the future. I am definitely going to go back for another dining experience and I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Note: The restaurant isn’t as big as other Korean BBQ restaurants in the city so I suggest you try to visit more towards non peak hours to prevent a long wait…especially if I’m in there eating because you’ll be waiting a long time for me to finish. I was 100% satisfied with this restaurant – easily in my top 3 Las Vegas Korean BBQ because of the food quality, service, and most of all, the type of grill they offer.
I’ve tried my fair share of BBQ spots, but this place is different. From the moment I walked in, it didn’t feel like a loud, hectic chain restaurant. It felt intimate, welcoming, and—honestly—like I’d stumbled onto something special.
Get set A ($28) best value: pork jowl, beef tongue, great quality brisket, small intestine, Ribeye/New York steak, sukiyaki and Kimchi fried rice
100% will be back when I’m in Las Vegas
