One of the best cakes I have had in and around this area. We ordered a customized birthday cake for our son and daughter and the shape and taste of the cake was better than our expectation. The owner Jorge went above and beyond to make sure our cake was delivered in good shape on time and he himself went and assembled the birthday cake on the spot. I would highly recommend this place for cakes.

I can’t say enough good things about this bakery! They seriously saved the day. I called super last minute needing a Spider-Man cake, and they somehow made it happen. Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted even better. it was a marble cake with Oreo frosting. Everyone at the party was obsessed and kept asking where it was from. The cake was so light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, not too much, just right. You could tell it was made with care. Honestly no one could stop eating it. I’m so glad I found this place, they really came through when I needed them most! Definitely will be coming back here and will recommend it to everyone i know! Very very sweet and friendly staff. I’m just so blessed !!

Jorge and his team, especially Josh, are the most welcoming, accommodating people. They truly love what they do and strive to make your day special. They made a cake for my husband’s birthday on fairly short notice that was beautiful, better than expected, and delicious! The cream and fruit filling were fresh and not too sweet but honestly the actual cake itself, even though it was just vanilla, was so light and airy. I’ve never had cake like this! Definitely recommend supporting this wonderful business and will be back for more!

I have ordered many cakes from them. All have been great.
Even if you order them ahead of time. They seem to make your orders, so they finish them at the agreed order date. Always very fresh.
Their chocolate Ganache cake is a fan favorite whenever I order that. I personally like their strawberry vanilla cream cake. T
heir donuts are also good if your looking for a morning or weekend treat.
Same with their huge variety of cookies.
Lucky to have such a nice bakery in town.

I placed what I thought was a fairly simple order for a very special occasion, but unfortunately the cake we received was the wrong flavor. While some of our guests still enjoyed it, it wasn’t what we had ordered and it was disappointing given the significance of the event.
What concerned me most was the resolution offered. Instead of a partial or full refund for the incorrect order, we were offered 10% off a future purchase. That solution assumes we would feel comfortable returning, which isn’t the case after this experience.
I’m giving two stars because I understand that mistakes can happen. However, the lack of empathy and accountability in resolving the issue was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Good taste and customer service at it’s finest! I pre-ordered coffee cakes for gifts today and upon early am pick up, I was greeted and helped by Jorge. Coffee cakes were warm and fresh, and Jorge was very appreciative of the business and it showed! I hope to return for more special occasions knowing I can count on Ganache Bakery for all around top quality products, taste, selection and most important, service. It was almost like a ‘throw back’ to the way things used to be: warm and deliciously fresh, wrapped in polite care and appreciation. Thank you Jorge!

We drove by Ganache bakery a few times on our way to work and decided to support a local bakery for our daughter’s birthday. She enjoyed making the custom decisions (type of cake, filling etc). There were many options and they were so easy to work with. The unicorn cake was a big hit at her party! We look forward to getting more cakes from them in the future!
