If I could give this post zero stars I would. This situation happen April 4 Friday I started a open tap thinking that they was going to swipe my card and give it back to me. Instead they keep your card when I left the bar I realize that I did not get my card back. I call and the lady told me that since I did not close my tab there was going to be extra 20% added to my bill that was originally $35.00 to $40.00. I cancel my card because I did not agree to that. I went back April 15 to pay my bill of $35.00 and to understand why they kept my card. The situation went left with the bartender because she felt like I was disrespectful when I ask for card back and call the police. Police came out and the cop agreed with me there was sign that stated that they keep your card and add 20% to your bill if you do not close your tab. Long story short my friend paid my bill that now was $50.00. Also I am ban from going back because I ask for my card back. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BAR AND DO NOT OPEN A TAP MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!!!! To make things worse the manager did not do anything to take charge of the situation he stood there and allow a bartender argued to with a customer!!!!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!

Sunday was the first time I’ve been on this day. It was chill and laid back. It was not crowded at all. I got my drinks quickly, the bartender was nice. The atmosphere was inviting, super cozy and comfortable.

The bartender was very inattentive after we sat at the bar. She was talking with someone and ignored us for several… minutes until I flagged her down for a couple beers and then again for a menu and again to order. However, She was very friendly and quick once we got her attention so They were only serving food that was fried due to problems with menu or kitchen staff ??? The appetizers were hot and good. Very pleased with vibe, music, crowd, etc We played pool which was great. I will definitely be returning soon though.

Not many people there but one bartender didn’t want to serve black people, so she had the bartender walking in to take our order even though we were there for 10 mins. She was laughing & talking to her white patrons on the other side of the bar. When we needed something else, she told us she was off duty but went back to pour more drinks for her white patrons. She didn’t leave until 20 minutes later around 8 pm.

Okay!!! So listen!! This was our first time at this club!! So throughout the night service was good the vibe was good. But when we went to close our tab out we first didn’t tip the bartender so we put some thought into it and tipped her anyway. And the bartender still complained about what we gave in the tip. Mine and my boyfriend thing was we still gave her something and she still had something to say about it. Like appreciate what you got.
