Went here with a buddy for the first time and one of the waitresses behind the bar was extremely rude. Our food took a little longer than a normal restaurant which is whatever but it took someone 30 minutes to even acknowledge us about cashing out. I then proceeded to ask someone to cash us out and they rolled their eyes and just walked away. Will probably never go back to this place again. If you’re going to work in customer service and respond rudely to a polite request then you should probably not work in customer service. Hopefully the owner knows how his/her employees are treating customers.

Heads up. Not a Sport’s Bar type…But, my mom is in the assisted living home next door. Coming here is a convenience, but I’ve never had an issue with any bartender/server, and they’ve always been phenomenal.

Came here Tuesday night for trivia, food was great, service was awesome. Servers were amazing food was quick despite being understaffed. Highly recommend overall. Not even to mention the amazing decor and various halloween decor. Riddled with lots of pinball and arcade games. I did witness some lady have a meltdown and throw a chair at the bar, staff handled it like true professionals. Round of applause to the ownership for a wonderful job all around. 10/10

1st time here. The bone-in wings are so freakin good and huge! My son said the Fish & Chips were delicious! Their fries…so yummy and tie it all together with outstanding coleslaw. I’m pretty picky with coleslaw and this stuff was great! Our server who I don’t remember her name but she had long dark hair and super cute “happy” eyes!

The server Bri it was very pleasant and attentive but that couldn’t make up for bad food.
The hamburger which was supposed to be medium well was as dry as a bone and over done.
The sampler basket was burnt potato skins, cold cheese sticks with cold marinara and the chicken nuggets were overcooked with all breading.
The server agreed and took back the food but it didn’t matter when it came out the second time it was the same way.
The atmosphere is good the pool table is balanced and there’s lots of pinball.

Nice spot for drinks, games and watching sports. Food is pretty good with a good amount of options. Staff rotations are fairly timely with regards to table service. Trivia nights are often packed and lively.

We are relatively new to the area and are trying different places for a bite to eat. We found it to be quite charming as there are a slew of pictures with local sports celebrities autographed and hanging on the wall. If you’re into games, they have pinball, pool, and a few arcade type consoles to play. We went for lunch, so I’m sure that during a Browns/Cavs or Guardians, Ohio State game the roof is “raised”. The food was good and I thought the selections that they had give you plenty to choose from. I had the Philly and it was chalked full of ingredients. Watch out for the cheese. It was hot and I didn’t see that it had melted so nicely into that part of the bun. Really hot on the lips.
My husband had the Black and Blue Burger and liked it. Game On made a good first impression on us. Service was good. We were greeted and taken care of by Ashley. She was great. Personable, but not intrusive. Just what we like. Due to our first impression, we are recommending a five star rating. 1st of all our waitress was a gem and she was incredibly nice. The food was decent for bar food. The reason I am giving this a 1 Star review is because of the ownership. On the menu see all picture of the menu in profile it says 10 wings /$15. Now when we got home and checked our order it looked like we were missing about roughly 10 wings. When I checked my bill it showed that instead showed that they charge $15/ 1 lb of wings. What kind of bait and switch tactics are they trying to pull. When I go to call the restaurant from the phone number on their profile and on Facebook it goes to a 330 number that goes right to voicemail and doesn’t even say the restaurants name in the intro. As irritating as it is I’ll just wait this restaurant out the average 3 years it flips ownership. I can understand bad service or short staff but that level of incompetence from a manager/owner is just embarrassing.

Have gone on several nights ,weekend and during the week , you get better service on weekends . You are ignored on weekdays we went on a Tuesday night and sat for about 10 minutes before someone even noticed this. But we love the food and our server Nikki is the best she is very attentive and knows exactly what we are going to ask for before we ask for it food is excellent great portions. Give a five-star rating because of the food being so excellent excellent.

So much potential but it’s wasted with servers who lack motivation. One waitress/server never put her phone down. Always in the middle of a conversation and with one hand busy.
It’s unfortunate that this place doesn’t utilize its full potential to actually out cheeks in seats.
