When your littles eat all your pizza, you know you made a good decision. To be honest when we pulled up on a week night, despite our Google search saying open, I had my doubts, as it looked closed…..but instead we ended up having a private family meal, as we were the only ones there. While in general some upgrades could be made throughout the restaurant, it was clean, the service was very friendly and the food was tasty. If you prefer to take your food home or on-the-go, use the drive thru! Pepsi products served. The restrooms are missing changing tables, but the restaurant is kid friendly, having hard plastic booster seats and wooden highchairs available. At first I was a little thrown off my the salsa dish, as it was brought to the table while I had stepped away, but quickly realized it was sauce for the cheesebread and loved the idea of the dish used to serve such. If you happen to be in the Colby, KS area and wanting pizza, I would recommend taking the few extra minutes to drive away from I-70 and stop here.

I had my car breakdown over the weekend during a trip and got stuck while waiting for a pick up that was going to be half a day away. They let me inside to stay warm during this and treated so incredibly kindly while I was not doing well. The employees here are truly good people and wish them the best . Thank you guys for the help.

Ordered a thick crust and got a thin crust. Although that part was messed up it was still good. Didn’t check out the atmosphere because I picked it up and they were closing at 8 pm on Tuesday evening. Very small town

Got a couple of pizzas to go as we drove through town on our vacation. The sausage pizza was good. The taco pizza (minus the refried beans) was delicious! Haven’t had a taco pizza in years and this was really good. Staff was friendly. Call to order ahead. Wish we had a Gambino’s in NC.

We ordered 3 pizzas, to take out, for a birthday party. Two different people at the birthday party had hair in their pizza slices. We threw away over half of what we ordered, because of the hair issue. We have been sparing with our patronage here because of similar experiences. We like to give second chances, because we all know that things happen. This was our last visit to Gambinos in Colby. The owners are great people.

I ordered pizza for pick up. The person who answered the phone answered promptly and was friendly and efficient. The pizza was ready on time and was delicious! We ordered thin crust and built our own. Everything was correct and was one of the best pizza’s I’ve had in a long while! Doesn’t have the generic taste that I think the chains have. Great job!
