Dine in I would give a higher testing for Gambino’s buffet. The food is consistent 4-5 stars. But the disappointment in the past few take out orders have made me want to comment. Their pizza was’ok’ just overcooked but not as bad as the Italian cheese bread. The family consistency was that both were just a bit overcooked and did not have hardly any Italian sauce on it. And they weren’t even consistent from one to the other. It’s pretty disappointing when you drive clear across town and pay a premium price. Even using coupons to have this kind of result over the past few times. I wonder if it’s a training issue if they can get it right on the buffet but can’t do it any other time on takeout. Definitely going to alter our ordering behavior. Plus they didn’t know how to take the online coupon when we ordered it over the phone. The best they could do was a 20% discount which was not as good as the coupon was.

My wife and I love this place! We stay in Salina every time we drive from Texas to South Dakota to visit my family. We recently discovered this place on our last few trips and make it a point to eat here every time we visit Salina. The pizza is very similar to Godfather’s pizza if anyone’s tried it before. Gambino’s is my new favorite pizza place. Wish that we had one where we live in Texas. They offer a lunch buffet as well that I haven’t been able to try yet. Hopefully I’ll be able to try it on our next trip up that way! Overall, great pizza and would highly recommend.

I love the food, but I can’t for the life of me understand why they didn’t choose a bigger location if they were going to offer a buffet instead of being like Marco’s before it (order your pizza and gfto or get it delivered). They don’t have enough staff to keep the tables clean or keep enough pizza available. You can’t help but feel like a damned sardine if you decide to dine in.

This was my first time at Gambino’s Pizza. The young man who rang up my son and I at the counter was beyond courteous in a very decent employee. He kept apologizing that the pizza wasn’t Super Fresh but it was very good pizza. The ravioli in the salad was very. The ravioli and the salad bar was very good too. Like I said he was a very apologetic young man and he didn’t have to be. He even gave me the the buffet card for so many punches when you’re there and you get the freebie after I think 10 visits. The pizza was very good and warm I enjoyed the jalapeno and then the the chicken and Ranch pizza. The ravioli was excellent! My son and I will definitely back there for pizza and definitely the lunch buffet when we get a chance. The lunch buffet was a very good value for the money! Recommended highly!

We had the buffet. The pizzas had clearly been there a while as the crust was tough. I wish I had just ordered a made to order pizza. I think it would have been better. When they did add a new pizza to buffet, my husband said it was better than the previous pizza slices

Got my pizza in decent time for delivery. Food was still hot upon delivery. Got the meat lovers 18”. Great tasting pizza love the ingredients and the crust is perfect. First time ordering from them. Awesome portion size.

Wonderful experience! The staff was friendly & helpful. They have a nice buffet, including a good salad bar. It’s also reasonably priced. The restaurant is clean and the pizza is tasty. My only complaint is that I ate a little too much!

Dined in today had a wonderful experience super friendly people/services and my kids loved the little quarter slot machines they have the best pizza in town I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza 10/10 recommend if your diabetic or keto my husband had the meat cravers and the kids had a cheese pizza all very good choices second time coming here had to bring the whole family to share the experience again while we visit Salina also don’t forget to get the chocolate chip dessert pizza

Absolutely delicious!!! My favorite was the calzones. They were made exactly to order; had great tasting dough and you get a good portion size for the amount paid. With the pizza you can tell right away that the ingredients are fresh, and they use the GOOD cheese on it. Also had to try the dry rub hot wings and Bavarian cream dessert pie. The wings were great with ranch or blue cheese and the dessert was made just right. Service was great, they were very kind and had a lot of patience as there are many choices available to look over.
