We ordered pizza for our first time from here and when we tried the Pizza (Sicilian Pan) it was hard and didn’t taste very good so I called in to have a new pizza made with a different the original crust. The man on the phone said that was fine but to bring our pizza back in. I drove back and handed the man my pizza and he opened it stated breaking it apart, and took a bite of it. I told him it was hard and gross and he said okay and handed me our new pizza. I was upset after watching him do something so disgusting. I have never in my life seen someone do that with returned food. Sick.

I’ll give them 3 stars assuming that whatever they make is probably halfway edible. In reality, I’ve never been able to successfully order from this place. The online ordering is overly complicated and by the time you build what you want it never aligns with any current promotions. After 20 minutes I just punt and go to Pizza Hut.

We fill like if your going to pay for pizza like how much gambinos charges, they need to be more respectful to their PAYING COSTUMERS when they are in the wrong!! We bought 2 pizza’s and we asked for our money back as we found two hairs in the pizza we were eating! It was so gross and a quick way to lose your appetite. I don’t think we are ever going back. The young manager there was not going to give me the owners phone number so I can call him, to let him know that what we had found in our pizza to let him know that they need to wear hair nets or beard Nets if they have beards. The manager said that he didn’t know the policy after I had ask him. Also I told him I’m gonna get a hold of the Potawatomi Health Department, and he said go ahead. It’s places like this that gives restaurants bad names, because what else would they be putting in their pizza if they’re not checked by Health Department?

First issue was the pricing, their “current menu” online apparently had “old precovid pricing”, a couple dollars difference.
Moving on to the flavor, I’ve had frozen pizzas that were still partially frozen that tasted better than this pizza.
The cardboard crust, the odd flavor the toppings themselves had, just the entire experience was not a good one.
I had never heard of this pizza chain until someone who lives in a different area of Kansas recommended them, they came out to Wamego to visit while I was in the state and we shared it; even they didn’t understand why it was bad.
If you’re gonna order from here, it’s a chain restaurant anyway, so you might as well go with one of the other chains in the area and avoid Gambino’s.

I tried the Mobster. I must admit that they nailed it!!! Best pizza from a Gambinos ever! Service was good also, even though it was a to-go order.

Had lunch here with friends and it was horrible. Dirty tables, hardly any food on the buffet. Only one person working. The young man that was working was polite and was working hard. This place could do way better.

We have lived in Wamego for about ten years and the last few years the food and service have been atrocious. First off the place is dark and ominous with almost nobody there always, and the guy in there said he would help me in a minute (he had to sweep the floor before he helped me which was an extra ten minutes all while my order sat under there heat lamp that wasn’t on). Every time we order from there we think it’ll be better but to no avail, and yesterday was no different. Secondly, we ordered a BBQ beef pizza and it barely had any sauce, and it tasted freezer burnt. The turkey sandwich was a joke it had one little strip of turkey, and the bun was way over toasted. The fountain drink machine smelled terrible like mildew. The kitchen was a disaster area at least from what I seen from the dining room. Lastly is the prices, paying ten bucks for a sandwich a seven year old can make better is highway robbery.

We were welcomed right when we walked in by Stephen. Our food was made really quickly and it was delicious. We drove from Topeka to try their pizza. Well worth the drive.
