Staff was nice. My sister is a regular and had my brother and I tried it out on New Year’s Eve for the first time. Super delicious. Here is the ratings of the foods we ordered.
Appetizer: Cheese Focaccia w/Marinara 4/10 (bread was fine but the cheese reminded me of school cheese from elementary school, sauce was delicious though)
Pizza: Meat Lovers 9/10 Fancy Cheese 8/10
Pasta: Fettuccine Pesto Alfredo w/Grilled Chicken 9/10 (my sister says it was good but she will still continue to order her beloved fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken)
Went at around 1:30, it was difficult finding seating but not too bad. Sister says it’s usually not that busy when she goes for lunch on the weekdays. She usually does a kids size meal. Food came out pretty quickly in about no more than 15 mins! Sister and I shared the regular sized pasta and it was still too much for us. All in all was a wonderful experience!

The food is incredible! I don’t particularly care for pizza and I eat a piece of my husband’s goat cheese every time we go. Every single dish is amazing, but my favoriteis the chicken parmesan. The salads, bread, and sauces are perfection. Sorry for the subpar pictures. We started eating before I took them. I mix my sauce half and half (why the weird color). This is what is left after my husband and I both ate. So so good!!

This is seriously some of the best pasta I’ve had in my life and I’ve been to Italy.

I had the lemon cream fettuccini Alfredo and added fried chicken and my mom had the pasta pomodoro. Both were cooked to perfection and were SO tasty. The portion sizes were large. The staff was also very friendly and personable. If you’re ever in the Tulsa area, give Gambill’s a try! You won’t regret it.

We used to really enjoy Gambills but the quality is becoming inconsistent and my most recent visit tonight was genuinely concerning due to a food safety issue.

My $20 pasta dish (chicken parm) was served burnt (the second time this has happened here), but far more alarming was that it arrived in a severely damaged bowl, not a small chip, but five large chunks missing from the rim, with multiple chips throughout. Cracked and chipped dishware cannot be properly sanitized and should never be used to serve food.

Looking back at my photos, when I moved the chicken it was clear that it had been resting directly on the exposed, porous interior of the bowl, where an approximately inch-wide chunk was missing. That is extremely alarming from a sanitation standpoint.

When we pointed this out, there was no apology or concern expressed, just a casual “oh ok, we’ll remake it.” Because this is an order-at-the-counter restaurant, my husband already had his food while I was left waiting with nothing.

We ultimately just took the remake to go as we had to go to a concert. Between the burnt food, unsafe dishware, and an indifferent staff response, this place feels increasingly inconsistent and careless. Disappointing from what used to be our go-to neighborhood spot.

I have never tried a better pasta than the one here. Every place I’ve ever been to has overly repugnant sauce and makes you feel bloated and nasty after.
I got the lemon cream fettuccine and it was delicious, sauce was just right you could taste the lemon without feeling overpowering. My brother said it tasted like pasta from Italy.
We also tried the tiramisu and it was spectacular. I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be coming again.

Tulsa may be a long way from Tuscany, but Gambill’s Pastaria brings the heart of Italy to T-Town. Nestled in a modest strip mall, this unassuming spot serves up some of the best Italian you’ll find in the city. A friend of mine who had just returned from an Italian vacation claimed this was the place, and I can now confirm, she was absolutely right.
The atmosphere isn’t overly fancy, but it doesn’t need to be. It has a genuine, local charm and the kind of welcoming staff that makes you feel like a regular from the first visit. Even on busy nights, you can usually grab a table without much wait.
I’ve become almost religiously devoted to their Alfredo Chicken Parmesan, a decadent dish of house-marinated, Parmesan-breaded fried chicken served over a bed of creamy fettuccine Alfredo, then topped with melted mozzarella. It arrives hot, rich, and absolutely overflowing with flavor. The portions are generous, easily two meals in one, and I always leave with a takeout box full of my late night snack.
While I keep telling myself I’ll try something new like their Fettuccine Bolognese or Spaghetti Marinara, the Alfredo Chicken Parmesan keeps calling me back. At $20, it’s a great value considering the quality and quantity.
Even more exciting, they’re working on a second location at 81st and Harvard! Whether you’re a pasta purist or a pizza lover, you gotta check this place out.

If you’re a fan of good crust, Gambill’s is doing it right. They use a 36-hour ferment that gives the dough a really great flavor and texture. It’s definitely one of the quality spots in town that I find myself going back to again and again. For ranch lovers, no shame – it’s actually really good.

You would never know this place is here. Didn’t even look like it was open. We left the convention center and I saw great reviews. Extremely good Italian food. Fettuccine Alfredo, vodka sauce with meatballs, Mom’s spaghetti with ricotta balls and focaccia bread with pesto were all amazing. Got frozen lasagna (only fresh made on Thursdays) and tiramisu to go. Highly recommended!

Waitress was kind. Fettuccine alfredo was excellent with grilled chicken. Fried mushrooms were wonderful with marinara and Parmesan. Pizza is a + ❤️. Grilled chicken was cooked just right for the Alfredo sauce. Add a little black pepper and perfection.
