Food was impeccable. It’s been awhile since I had GOOD African cuisine. Ordered the lamb plate, which was tender and cooked right. Also ordered the half deboned chicken and the whole meal was delicious but the jollof rice with onion really stole the show for me. I could eat that all day. I usually like my plantains sweet like banana but I understand that’s not the course here. Hopefully they get drinks again once things get settled. Definitely going back to try the burgers during my next visit. Atmosphere will improve with decorations as they get more settled as well.

This is a relatively new start up. Went there today. We ordered the Lamb burger and the jerk burger. Both were excellent although I would say the jerk burger was a little better. The fries were very tasty, and even better with a side if the aioli.Spoke with the owner, nice guy. If you are in Ypsi, it’s worth checking out.
