Love Galyeans. Their homemade food is always very good. They have a great selection of frozen items. Hoagies are made in front of you and they don’t skimp on any ingredients. Staff is always friendly and helpful

Visited twice so far. Love the variety of choices in cheeses, luncheon meats and seafood. Food was prepared in a timely manner. Employees are nice and inviting. Very clean inside. Haven’t tried seafood or anything in freezers yet. Next visit will try seafood. Prices were on target. Highly recommended.

This review is only for the seafood. The crab stuffed haddock used to be very good. Now, however, it is very bad. It tastes very manufactured and industrial. I mean, did they even taste it before putting it on sale. According to them they changed their crab. It is very bad now. Shame.

I was searching online for a good seafood market in the area, when I found this place. After reading some reviews, I was concerned about the customer service and long waits. The most important factor when I decide who to do business with, is and always will be, customer service. Having said that, I do not mind waiting for a good product and good service. I dont mind paying more for a good product and service. And I don’t mind driving out of my way either. There were several employees working when I entered, and they were assisting some customers already. It was obvious I would be waiting. As I mentioned before, I don’t mind waiting. What I cannot tolerate is poor and inexcusable service. They couldn’t be bothered to greet me when I entered. They couldn’t be bothered to say we will be with you soon. They just completely acted as if I didn’t exist and couldn’t even acknowledge my presence as I stood there for several minutes. It is a shame to see businesses and customer facing employees who don’t understand even the basics of customer service and friendliness, when it costs you nothing and is fundamental to building a loyal customer base. Shame on you.

Honest to God I don’t know how these people are still in business. The food is great, and cheap. The service is severely lacking. Expect to wait 15 to 30 minutes to even talk to a counterperson to put your order in. Went in today, 9 people in line. One person making sandwiches, while three other people wander around in the back. One employee even proudly exclaims that all she does is deli meats and sides, no hoagies. Literally stands there watching the line build up. Why is she not cross trained? Four people walked in and out once they saw the line. Unless you call ahead, don’t bother. Definitely don’t stop here on your lunch break, you’ll be waiting the whole time just for your food. Probably exceed 30 minutes. I walked out empty handed after about 15 minutes.

We stopped today for some lunch but I’m extremely disappointed. All I wanted was a sandwich NOT a hoagie. I was told they don’t have sliced bread. What kind of Deli doesn’t have bread? We’ve been shopping here for years getting our lunch meat and cheese without complaints. I guess all things come to an end.

Purchased two Italian hoagies, macaroni salad and pasta salad. Salads were good. Disappointed in the hoagies. Bread was good. Hoagie had 3 types of meat. Only 1 thin slice of each, very little tomatoes and very small amount of lettuce. Very skimpy sandwich.
