Reviews
I’ve been to many Brazilian steakhouses over the years, but none of them even come close to this one. The food here is on another level — perfectly seasoned, tender, and bursting with flavor. Every single cut of meat was cooked to perfection, and the quality was far superior to any other steakhouse I’ve visited.
But what really makes this place stand out is the service. The entire staff is beyond friendly, treating every guest like family. From the moment we walked in, they made such a genuine fuss over us that we felt like VIPs. I can honestly say I’ve never, ever experienced customer service this phenomenal before.
They even had a shot cart making rounds, offering guests shots of premium, top-shelf liquor — such a fun surprise! And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, they brought out a dessert coffee drink and made it right at our table. They set the liquor on fire and turned it into a full-on show! The presentation was incredible, and the drink itself was absolutely delicious.
Between the unforgettable food, outstanding service, and one-of-a-kind experience, I will never go anywhere else when it comes to Brazilian steakhouses. This place truly sets the bar for excellence!
The food was great, from the salad bar, excelente quality sides, cheeses, jams, hams and more. Plus the best Pao de queijo you could find around.
Other highlights include shrimp, roasted pineapple, grilled white cheddar with honey and Gold steak, seared on a salt block and covered with real edible gold leaf, all of these in rotation among the other classic churrasco cuts.
Oh yeah! And don’t forget to leave space for dessert, and may be some coffee.
We had a real banquet fit for royalty.
All the staff was very friendly and personable, definitely a place for indulgence or a special occasion.
Thank you so much and we will see you again, we are looking forward to ask again for Anahi to assist us in our culinary adventure.
I also really appreciated the thoughtful detail of having a ‘No Pork’ sign for the table—such a considerate touch!
The meat quality was excellent overall. The only one I didn’t enjoy as much was the gold-covered meat. It lacked flavor, possibly because the salt base made it too dry or drained the juices during cooking—but that’s just a minor issue.
All in all, the service was phenomenal. You’ve got a regular customer now—keep up the great work!
The service overall was fast, friendly, and seamless, and the food came out quickly, cooked perfectly, and not overly salty.
Toward the end, when Adrian asked if we wanted dessert, we initially declined. He asked again, and after learning we were celebrating our anniversary, he encouraged us to pick whichever dessert we wanted. He told us he would take care of it, and he did. That small gesture truly elevated our night and made us feel celebrated.
Adrian and the entire team made the evening wonderful, and we look forward to our next celebration.
Customer service amazing.
Food out of this world.
Atmosphere perfect.
We were truly blessed by every single employee!
Friendly, kind, respectful, and welcoming staff!
recommend.
When we arrived, there were already many people waiting. Instead of calling guests by name, they were calling out “party of 2,” which makes no sense because that could apply to multiple groups. It felt like a random guessing game rather than an organized system. We waited 25 minutes despite having a reservation, and it honestly seemed like they only prioritized guests who were visibly upset.
Once we were seated, we were given the wrong menu and spent about 10 minutes looking at it before realizing it wasn’t correct. No one checked on us or assisted us during that time.
I will say that the gauchos were great, they were attentive and did their job well. However, our actual servers barely helped us and never checked back with us the entire night. We had to call someone over, and I even had to approach (I believe) a manager just to ask for our check.
Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. Most of the meats were tough, and the cheese bread, which I usually love, was bland and lacked flavor.
Nothing about this experience made it worth coming back. I really wanted to love this place because I used to enjoy Agora, but the change in name and ownership has been a big letdown.
I hope they improve their seating system, especially on busy days like Valentine’s. It would make more sense to limit walk-ins and prioritize reservations so the experience is less stressful for both staff and guests.
This golden steak was included and it was nice experience.
