My return to Gallos has since been more like a trip to the gallows ! The food here seriously has taken a nose dive ! Like drown then in the shallows ! It’s totally changed from the menu to the wait staff to the atmosphere. Sad the pecan crusted tilapia a household favorite needed that nutty flavor of the pecans and the Risotto is a complete waste of time. They used to use real barely they have since then switched it to a risotto that has carrots and is really flat al dente dry like eating chalk. No flavor profile what so ever like they didn’t even try to cook it right, against my better judgement I was going to order the special on a Tuesday which is the risotto in a white sauce with a seafood mix the waitress warned me I figured if it’s the same might order it as a side since it’s an up charge they can’t afford to fudge it up well they did. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here again I was a long time standing customer I was here a few months ago ! What the hell happened to this place ? I hear new owners well they are going to lose a good bill of their life long customers ! For sure ! You can take the risotto and use it to fill up holes in walls it’s that bad, I feel bad for the waitress she did advise me against it and I just didn’t listen

I gave it a four star because of the wait at the hostess desk. The early bird dinner was a great value. And each dish was good. The Pina Colada was ok it needed more flavor and real pineapple on of rim of the glass.

》Service • there was one sweet elderly lady covering the entire half of the restaurant, so even just getting bread and water took 20 minutes. Once orders were placed, the food came out quickly, and the dozen bussers & food runners kept things moving swiftly from there.

The Food was spectacular! Had a Filet Mignon with shrimp scampi & Red homemade mash! Steak was cooked to perfection!! Shrimp were so Amazing with so much fresh garlic! My dirty martini was perfect! My boyfriend had the Chicken Parm with spaghetti & he inhaled it too! Lol The serving size was a great portion too! And our waiter Will, was very attentive & friendly! Overall, a great experience. We will definitely go back.

I’ve been to Gallo’s only a handful of times. The food is good, not amazing, but decent enough to return. On this occasion, I got the scallops and risotto. It was pretty good, but the rice was a little al dente and they shorted me a scallop. Service is always slow, no matter what time you go. Would I recommend? Ehh, I don’t really know. The food is good, but they are pretty pricey. It wouldn’t be bad, if the portion sizes were bigger, or matched the price you were paying.

Ordered the seafood dinner platter “broiled” and a seafood salad. The restaurant seemed steady, not too busy, but again the service seemed lacking. The broiled seafood platter was served slightly warm and cold…Once we able to find our server, we asked her why it was cold. She immediately took it back to the kitchen and returned 8 minutes later with a now hot platter … did they microwave it?

The food was wonderful. The cheesecake was divine ! If you suffer with pattern or visual issues ask to be seated at a table with no designs on it. Very willing to help. The restaurant can get busy and noisy. For me that is an issue, but for others it could be fine.

Have been here many times over the years for family get-togethers and parties. This is my first review about Gallo’s. One word “Amazing ” my wife and I were there for our nephew’s graduation party. We both had the salmon, cooked perfectly. Everything was fresh and hot.
