The food is fresh and the ingredients are top notch. The Chef’s Beef Sandwich is the best that I have ever had. It’s not the bulk meat in a tub, it is fresh roast beef. The Gyros are also excellent. Large portions as well. We’ve been there ten times, and we have no complaints.

I have been going to Gallo’s for quite some time. I loved their beef sandwiches. However, their service, quality of food had immensely gone down. I call to give constructive criticism to help them in the long run. However, owner/manger was quite rude and said he was not changing a thing. I didn’t ask him to, just wanted him to know every time I go there, they are closed, wait on hold for +20 mins., my food was not ready when said and the last 2x I have been there. Sandwich and fries were swimming in grease and the new sweet peppers were on the side in a bath of more oil. I have referred them out a lot.

The owners are great, took care of us when a mistake was made. The pizza is AMAZING, perfect amount of cheese that goes all the way to the crust and cooked to perfection. We love the pepperoni, just cheese, and the fantastic four! Fried chicken was great, served in a pizza box! The slices are sooo good too, served all the time!

Honestly it was good at first until they stopped caring, and it’s small things you know like dressing missing for the whole salad? I was like whatever stuff happens but then we’re missing a slice of cheese cake, we call, and they say ok we’ll send it out, an hour later nothing, so I call to tell them to just cancel it because an hour really? Just to be told ok your refund will be there soon. To say we raved about this place and now we’ll never order again

The office tried pepperoni, sausage, peppers and mushrooms and everyone loved the pizza and salads. We also tried the spinach and onions pizza and unfortunately the spinach was not fresh and it was not the best flavor. If you like spinach then you know what I’m talking about. We will be ordering our office lunch from here on!

Pizza was good the first time ordered. Ordered for catering, they forgot my meatballs and also gave me a garden salad over a Cesar salad. Ordered a few weeks later, chicken was super super salty , I called and they did nothing about it . Tried giving it another shot and placed an order over the phone, however the online price was cheaper. When I called to ask they said they could only take $5 off when the price difference was $17. Done with with this place.

Best pizza in Cary! We have been eating these delicious pies since the doors opened. Pizza is cooked to perfection with a generous amount of toppings and a crispy cornmeal crust. I recommend the sausage and giardiniera.
If you like a bang for your buck, use the coupons found on their takeout menu. I love the free cheese pizza of equal size when you buy a pizza.
The staff is always welcoming and the pizza is always ready at pickup time. Bravo!

I ordered a pizza with sausage and fresh garlic. I was sure to ask if they had fresh garlic when I ordered the pizza. When my pizza came, it was half sausage and half cheese and the whole thing was covered in nasty garlic salt. The pizza was so salty that we couldn’t eat it.
When I called and told them that they screwed up my pizza, they gave me half my money back. That’s not really compensation for a pizza that we couldn’t even eat one piece of.
There are plenty of good pizza places in the area, do yourself a favor and find a different one.
