I haven’t eaten here in years. I ordered their corn beef hash omelette. It was good, home fries were good. But no hot sauce when I say hot sauce I don’t mean Tobacco, franks or Texas Pete’s. I want something hotter. Also even through the omelette was good it had canned hash not homemade. I would eat there again and recommend folks to try it!!!!!

We have been living locally for only 1 year but we have found our place! We head to The Galley at least a couple times a month for either breakfast or dinner. The food is classic and exceptionally affordable, and the service is beyond superb. We have been going since my son was 4 months old, he is 15 months now and is treated like a prince by the staff and enjoys trotting around the area waving hi to everyone. We genuinely try to not go every single week but sometimes we even find ourselves getting takeout, lol. We feel like family when we walk in. It’s the place you want to call your own with delicious food to boot! Thank you for always taking such good care of us. I’d give 1000 stars if I could.

They were open on Memorial Day, we couldn’t believe it! After sweating away at the cemetery we stopped for a late breakfast. Classic diner food, friendly folks working there! And they are open for dinner now too! This is a great spot, and I’m thankful it’s the same as when I was a kid!

I am revising my review as directed by the owner of The Galley Restaurant. I have added another star for the wonderful response I received from the owner. I will return someday for breakfast again. I feel like the coffee machine may need to be cleaned or investigated to remove the bitter taste from the coffee. Patrons, most of the time the coffee has a smooth delicious flavor. I really don’t know what happened to the coffee on my last visit, but I believe it will be investigated and corrected. Thank you for reading my concerns and addressing them in your thoughtful response. You made me feel heard and that is huge to me as a community member! I will return again. I know Mr. John will cook me another PERFECT western omelette again! Ty for restoring my confidence in your most iconic hang out! I no longer feel let down or disappointed!☮️ ️♥️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
