We will bring some well known dishes from places, but most of the time will definitely take off from Thailand which mean will based on Thai food.

We love this place! It has wonderful food, great menu selections and the owners have a very cool story of how they landed in town. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. The amount of food you get for price is well worth it, a must try! Our new go-to for Asian food. And now that we know the story behind it, I’m behind them all the way 🙂

I stopped by Galley during their soft opening, and wow — it completely exceeded expectations! Every dish was vibrant, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.
The larb salad and larb noodles were phenomenal — a perfect balance of spice, tang, and freshness. The spice level gave just the right kick without overpowering the flavors. The fried rice was also to die for — rich, aromatic, and seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of heat.
You can really taste the care that went into each dish. Everything was colorful, fresh, and bursting with authentic flavors.
On top of that, the staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. For a soft opening, everything ran so smoothly.
I’m so excited to see this place grow. It’s already one of my new favorite spots — I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

My fiancé and I were fortunate to go on their opening night. WOW were we amazed. The staff are incredible. The place is completely different/ class den vibes. Not to mention the food brings me to my happy place. Please give this restaurant a shot!

Not only is the food amazing here, but the atmosphere and people are absolutely wonderful. I am a pad Thai aficionado, and theirs was perfect. Very flavorful and not too dry. And the mango sticky rice we got for dessert was perfect. I highly recommend them!

The couple who opened Galley are some of the sweetest most passionate people Ive met in restaurants in Bend. They were our favorite servers at Dear Mom and made every visit feel like we were welcome so we were excited to try their new venture at Galley.

We ordered the Korean fried chicken, tofu Tom Kha soup, and red curry with chicken. Everything was delicious and sooo flavorful! The chicken was perfectly crispy and spicy. We were blown away by the food, great portions, too. Service was excellent, the staff were attentive and kind. Can’t wait to come back!

Just went here for the first time and it was SO yummy! The couple who owns this is doing such an amazing job with their business, very kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The environment was clean, aesthetic, and you can tell they pay attention to detail. And the food was SO good!! I got the Korean Fried Chicken and the spice level was perfect, perfect portions, yummy sauce!! Highly recommend going here, I think this place will thrive!
