Me and my family decided to eat galeto Brazilian steak restaurant. We order these dishes. All dishes are reasonable price and delicious.staff is very active and tables are very clean. Atmosphere is very peaceful. Staff are very cperated with my family. Wear very clean dress. We really enjoy our meal. Definitely come again and recomand others for the best quality of food. Really worth of money

The food is so delicious but it is also extremely rich in flavor and greasy, it is not for people whole does not like meat. The service was okay, lack of waiters if you are trying get drinks other than meat. The place is crowded, reservation is highly recommended. Overall was good, that one star went to the pricing as I don’t feel like it worth $300 for 4 people in my own opinion, especially it does not really have such a great service.

The service in this steakhouse was absolutely horrendous! We came in with a toddler, no one gave us a high chair. We ordered drinks and my daughter’s drink came half an hour before mine did. Our waitress, Gigi, waited 45 minutes before she came to ask us if we needed anything and never offered anything to drink to the baby, not even water . The Carver came by and gave us literally ONE SLIVER of tri-tip for two adults and a child! EVERY piece of meat I received was mostly fat or gristle from him! The drink menus we’re inaccurate, the menu we were given said our drinks were $11 but we were charged $16! I’m POSITIVE it’s because we were the only all Black table in restaurant! I saw Carvers, two at a time, at the only other table in the restaurant that was full of what looked like Latin people getting served multiple pieces of meat at once where we would literally have to ask for more than one piece when the piece that we were given was predominantly fat! I will never go back to the steakhouse and I would highly recommend avoiding it at all costs!

I decided to give them another try after three years and boy, was that a huge mistake.
First of all, the hostess was nice and so was the server at the very begining.
We were a party of two, sat at a table for four. The six extra glasses and silverware were never removed from the table.
We ordered drinks and went to the salad bar, it was very limited in its offerings.
We sat down and waited more than 20 minutes for any meat offerings to come to the table.
We never received the starters of cheese bread, yuca and plantains.
The meats took over twenty minutes to arrive and were all well done and dry.
It took the guys a long time to bring medium rare meats. They kept bringing cheap sausage and chicken. Everything was flavorless.
Our server dissapeared, we waited for drink refills more than an hour.
A manager came by to ask how our bad experience was going, but at that point it was over for us, so we stayed quiet.
Thia place is a disaster and a wannabe Brazilian Steakhouse.
Save your time and money and go to Texas de Brazil, Fogo de Chao or Espetus.
You may pay more, but will have a better experience, better salad bar and better meats.
Attached are pictures of all the glassware at the table as well as plates that were never removed.

I had an amazing experience with my party of 16 guests. I wanted to do something different for my birthday and it was quite worth it. The food was delicious, both the salad bar and meat choices were savoury. The staff was warm, and catered to our needs. The manager on hand Mr. Bond was very friendly and accommodated us nicely. The ambience was jovial as well. We were loud at times but the atmosphere was lively so no one really complained. I was really glad I chose this restaurant. Not a waste of money at all.

My family and boyfriend celebrated my dad’s birthday here last Friday and we were not at all disappointed by the delicious food and wonderful service. Brad and I found parking in the Marriott parking garage a couple of doors down (BIG mistake – $25 for less than 3 hours!!)
Our table was served by several different people on the staff. Everyone provided excellent service and the food at the “salad” bar (which included so much more than salad) and all the meat being brought on hot skewers was so so good. Honestly I have no suggestions for improvement. Everything was on-point!
Staff sang happy birthday to dad and gave him a free flan for dessert! This $50/plate dinner is a great idea for a place to bring family from out of town, friends youre celebrating with, or just because you feel like treating yourself to a fabulous meal!

I was here for dinner on a Tuesday night and regretted it. There’s a really good Brazilian steakhouse in Walnut Creek but it’s a bit of a commute going during traffic hour. I wanted to try Gelato again after being closed for so long. Before this experience I rated this place a good 3/5. My last couple of lunches in here they had decent meats, good drinks and salad bar.
The drinks and salad bar were good. The meat they offered me tonight was pretty disappointing. I was about to walk out but I was going to give them a chance with my lady. They didn’t prove me wrong.
Most of there meat they had was well done from the top of the screwer to the bottom. I mean look at the pic! The picture I took was three meats they served me back to back. Hard to cut, chew and barely any flavor to them. If you go to a Brazilian steakhouse, you go for the meats that are cooked just right how ever you like them. For me personally I go for the juicy, tender kind.
I asked the hella cool waiter for some meats that are not well done and a lot less dry and the kitchen couldn’t provide it. By the time they brung something for me I lost my appetite and cut my dinner short.
The host was putting his mask down to rub his nose with his hand without washing them after and that was it for me.
The only good meat selection was the salmon from the salad bar.
I kinda understand that they just opened up a couple of weeks ago but damn? There’s a lot more steak houses around here that are way better for the same price.
