Tried the Steak Tacos and the Chicken Tacos, Mexican style. You get 2 tacos in an order. They were both delicious! And stuffed full of meat.
The red sauce is super hot, if you like Hot. The green sauce is mild and really tasty.
Washed em down with a Mexican Coke, in a glass bottle, good ole fashioned Coke taste!

$40 is not worth the quality of the food or the quantity. You guys raised prices and lowered quality and quantity of the food.
disappointed. This used to be our spot for authentic good quality tacos. This isn’t the case anymore. Somehow PRICES went UP and QUALITY went DOWN.
Today I bought 8 tacos, order of beans, order of rice and a piece of THRES LECHE CAKE.
Carnita tacos where all fat. Every bite was big chuncks of straight fat.
The steak tacos were a little better but the flavor was not there.
The rice and beans were about the same but quantity was very small for price.
The THRES LECHE (3 MILK ) CAKE WAS DRY and MISSING TOP FROSTING ON HALF THE TOP OF THE CAKE. ITS THRES LECHE CAKE, THERE SHOULD BE LIQUID SOAKED UP IN THE CAKE MAKING IT MOIST.
Very disappointed. If your going to raise price, don’t lower quality or quantity.

Food is too pricey and quality of the food is not good enough. Torta cubana too salty spoiled aguacate on the torta. Tacos are too small for the price. An also spoiled limes on my order. Not recommend this place

Just get in my belly. My go-to for asada and chorizo Mexican authentic tacos. Their homemade guacamole, homemade chips are addictive and I occasionally bring a little tub of guacamole home. The flavors and aromas are intoxicating.

The horchota . Tacos good but burritos are better because you get more. They got lots of groceries from American food thru brands imported from Mexico. These popcicles remind me of my youth from Chicago. Lots of flavors in milk or ice

do you like overpaying ? do you like everything having a different price depending if you speak Spanish? do you like everything w.o a price tag and every day a new higher price when they ring it up? i would love to shop here but they scam at register . i bought 3 items here then 3 hours later my fiancé who is very latina went into store and paid 5$ less for same items . if they are proud of there shop they should be proud of there prices for items and display prices on shelves and not scam people. if you are a gringo do not shop here goto Rockford for the items in the end you will pay less then the gas needed

We ordered $40 worth of food and asked for no onions. And apparently the girl answering the phone doesn’t understand enough English to accomplish that. We live 20 minutes away and got home and food was covered with onions. I called several times but she didn’t understand and just kept hanging up on me. Don’t waste your money at this place

Went here for lunch to catch up with a very good friend of mine and we had a lovely time. The restaurant was small, the other half is a grocery store, but don’t let that fool you or deter you from coming here to eat a great meal! The waiter was very nice, friendly, and accommodating to us. I had steak nachos, my friend had the largest burrito I’ve ever seen on a plate and she ate 3/4 of it – I ate almost all of my nachos. I also had a Margarita, and it was very good as well. Decently priced for such great food. I’m going there again one day. Please try this place if you hadn’t already!
