We’ve seen this place for the past few months as we took the girls to soccer. They’ve wanted to try it so we finally went. The place is very low key and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Food was good but the service was lacking…..had to hunt down the waitress to get our check. We will be back to give it another chance.

My husband and I are from Louisiana and now working in the area. We love scouting for mom&pop diners. When we received our meal, we started really enjoying it. We both looked at each other and said…. Someone here is from Louisiana. The southern green beans, grouper, coleslaw etc…. tastes exactly like back home. We couldn’t believe it. Usually when a menu says “southern ” or “blackened “, we usually steer clear. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. Had a breakfast with my friends of 6. A manager refused accommodating a group of 6 by having two movable tables together with no explanations. We ended up having meals at two separate tables. They have no storm doors or ways to block cold winds with 2 front doors. Cold winds are coming through whenever people come in and out. I had my cold jacket on the entire time when I was eating. All tables are right near the front doors so be aware and bundle up if you plan to dine in. Food was okay, which I won’t feel I wanted to go back for. I don’t understand why this place is so packed with such bad service and atmosphere other than thinking there are not many restaurant options in this town. I won’t be back.

My second time visiting this diner. Went there around 11 am on Sunday. We waited for around 15-20 minutes. Not too bad! Ordered “Chicken and Waffles” and Kimmy’s Benedict. Savory and the portion was good! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

First off, they get at least 6 stars from me. They are known for putting out water for cyclist, and I appreciate it. We finally visited for dinner after wanting to go for at least 6 years. Fish and chips were really good and big. I think everybody to join me enjoyed their food as well.

Great stop! Very good and clean environment. Full menu – breakfast seems to be a hit, but we stopped for dinner and it was delicious. Very friendly staff and great patio seating. We got the turkey melt and the broasted chicken. Must have! Also, their corn saute is a very unique find. Highly recommended if you’re stopping through.
