I highly recommend visiting here. Their pizza dough and sauce is made in house from scratch and you can tell how fresh it is. 10/10 on the pepperoni pizza. I cant wait to try other pizzas. The customer service was amazing , the food was delicious, and the over all nostalgic feeling you get when eating here is a definite plus. Arcade, pool table , and a party room for celebrations. Mid level noise but nothing that actually took away from the over all visit. There was a birthday party happening when we went but the noise was not bad. It is a very chill place. Great for dining alone, with friends or family, and seems fun for birthday parties. I hope you all will give them a try. The staff has amazing customer service. I will be visiting this location again. Great Job Galaxy!!!

Family fun at it’s finest!! Excellent easy access location. Game Room has a Retro vibe of arcades of the past. Great space. Party room available. Family oriented. Safe space for kids. 10/10 highly recommend. Not your average pizza. Well- crafted and better than any around. Plenty of options prices are more than reasonable for the quality and quantity.

This is the local pizza joint you remember from 80s movies somehow transported to downtown Kingsport. Great pizza and subs, bottomless fountain drinks, arcade and prize games – it’s all here. Interesting little place to be honest. It’s has a little arcade that gives you the old school feel like if you was a kid in the early 2000s or late 90s. Has a large prize area and a bunch of games to place. To order your food, each table has menus and a number on it, once you figure out what you want you walk up to the bar and tell them what you want and what table number your at. We had both the cheese sticks and pizza within about 7-8 minutes. Now most places like this the food is kinda “ehh” as the arcade is the main draw, however I do have to say their pizza is pretty good. Reminds me a bit like Italian village. Their cheese sticks however, are amazing. Best cheese sticks I’ve had in a long time now. Overall, the pizza is good but Italian villages pizza has better sauce in my opinion, but their cheese sticks aka Lunar Sticks, are bar none the best around.

Kicked off August with a birthday party at Galaxy Pizza & Arcade, and let me tell you — the real gift was the food. We tried six different pizzas (yes, six!) and every single one was delicious. Some folks in our group went for subs instead, and the verdict? They loved them.
After eating our weight in carbs, we hit the arcade — fun games, fair prices, and just enough friendly competition to settle some old sibling rivalries. ️
The only downside? The party room was hot — like, “my-slice-is-sweating” hot. But honestly, between the great food, happy kids, and a steady stream of tickets from the games, it was still a total win.

Okay. This is hands down the best cheese sticks I’ve ever had. The guy serving and literally doing everything, but cooking WAS INCREDIBLE. The pizza was amazing. It had plenty of cheese I’m sure, but we added extra cheese and it was still cooked perfectly and not all places can handle that. The garlic knots are fantastic & the boneless wings in the teriyaki sauce were so saucy and tasty. Their ranch is also chef’s kiss. Love this place. You have got to give them a try!

Went here while out with the family for my birthday on a Sunday. The atmosphere and menu looked great but the 14 dollar ribeye sub I ordered needed work. Go here for anything other than a sandwich and ask for to-go boxes when the food comes out.
When we went to leave we wanted a box to take our food home and there was no one in sight except a guy at the prize section who was unable to take himself away from people not knowing what they wanted to come over and see what we needed help with. We waited 15 min to get a box while pressing the buzzer for help like 100 times( my kids were pressing it).
They definitely need to work on their service, poor service can kill a business and microwave heated meat with canned mushrooms on bread can too!

Amanda was our server and she went above and beyond she was running the whole place like a pro and was soo kind to my little nephew! Great personality! Beyond that the food was incredible and the vibe was great! The arcade was way bigger than I expected and we had a blast! Can’t wait till our next visit!

I normally wait a while before I go to a place that is newly opened to give them time to work out their kinks….however, we have been so excited for galaxy to move to Kingsport. We just had to go and try it.
While they do not have a lot of taps. They had something for everyone! my better half likes a dark beer and I like an IPA. They had the Bays Mountain Brown on as well as a voodoo ranger so success!!
We were lucky enough to snag a small table along the wall. The place was absolutely packed…families, eating, and happy kids playing games. Good vibes!
You order at the counter.They were out of the boneless chicken bites so we were talked into getting the pretzel bites with the fat tire beer cheese, which was really good – appreciated the recommendation. We also ordered the large solar minus pepperoni and black olives on the side. I’m going to tell you straight up. It took a long time to get the pizza. Which gave us time to drink another beer. The pizza was absolutely delicious. I would drive past 100 pizza places to get one that good!
We are very excited that they have chosen downtown Kingsport for their new home. We didn’t get to go to the back and play skee ball, but I saw it back there and super excited for the next time!
I’m going to be wanting that Pizza on a regular basis ! Next time we’ll go earlier though so we can get the boneless wings:))
