Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time! Service is fast and friendly. Food comes out quick and hot and big portions! I ordered the western omelet add cheese, comes with side of the BEST home fries, and side of sausage links. Look at the size of those things! Coffee and mimosa to drink. Classic diner feel 10/10 will come back a hundred times.

Stopped in for breakfast. Place was busy but not too busy, got seated very quickly, to be honest coffee was pretty bad, something needed to be cleaned. Ordered the country fried steak and eggs, steak was ok, but appeared to be something that was processed not fresh, eggs were eggs, and home fries were good but very dry. The waffle was pretty good. Service was ok, once food was delivered didn’t see waitress until she brought me the check when I was finished eating. Would I come back here, maybe, but not going out of the way to come here.

Good food and good service. They have a special from 2-5 which makes it more better. Loved the food. Cooked perfectly. The servers are very polite and helpful. The service is quick as well.

Had an awesome breakfast here the other day. I’m originally from New York and this definitely gave me Long Island diner vibes. Went with the steak and eggs. Ribeye was nice and tender and the home fries had a beautiful crust on them. Huge portions too. Service was quick and efficient.

In Stuart for business and found Galaxy Diner. We had breakfast, Breakfast is a easy meal, it’s either good or bad….. however you can have a bad breakfast, I can tell you it was delicious, Home fries were fresh and seasoned perfect. Scrambled eggs were not overcooked or {the worst) undercooked. The atmosphere was… different.It was nautical with I guess a Greek flair… Our waitress was very nice, as were all the employees we encountered. I would recommend Galaxy Dinner and will return for lunch when in Stuart.
