My family have been ordering here for years. Seems that it has changed with their customer service and food quality . It has been a long time since I last ordered pizza here and my family.

We wernt late evening to order our pizza and we took advantage when there was no customers to get a fresh pizza. Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. We were told that the pizza should be done in 20 minutes ⏰️ ⌚️. Instead, ended being 45 plus minutes almost an hour. I am like how is this possible if we were the ONLY dine in customers. Other, customers started to come in for take out they got their order before us. I was patient but was getting hungry.

We finally got our pizza . As we ate it with everyone. We needed some napkins to clean ourselves. But, they told us they didn’t have any?! Which was a bummer.

How does a pizza spot have no napkin?

The food was enough to fill us all. We got large pizza , mazarella sticks, and fries ! The start of biting the food and taste is decent. But, there is this strange after taste and a bit burnt under the pizza.

Otherwise, the overall food we had was enough to keep us satisfied.

Decided to try something new and we all really liked this pizza. So glad we explored a neighboring town and supported a local business. Jake says it’s a 10/10

Pizza was absolutely delicious!!
So far, we’ve tried thin crust with sausage and mushroom and double dough with sausage.

Sauce is on the sweeter side, mushrooms are fresh and not canned and the fresh italian sausage was plentiful atop the pizza.

Thin crust…regular thin and not a cracker crust. Cut into squares.
Good sauce/toppings to crust ratio. Cheese is melted over the Toppings.

Double dough…this is usually how I order pizza if given the option especially if we order a lot of Toppings or if the Toppings we order would contribute any excess moisture, i.e. spinach.

Our double dough was all sausage with half ricotta and spinach.
Cut into slices (like deep dish or stuffed) Next time, I would request it to be cut into squares- like the thin crust.
I’ve never had Double dough pizza Cut into slices. We ended up cutting each slice in half (lengthwise) to accommodate the number of people that we were.
Would have been perfect, if, cut into squares.
Taste…yummy!

We also tried the beef/sausage combo sandwich.
Didn’t order it any special way because we wanted to see how it was normally served. We were asked if we wanted to add cheese or peppers and we chose not to.
The sausage was not a regular/traditional italian sausage link. It was a homemade, hand-shaped patty the length of the bread. We actually loved it this way. It had a great sear on both sides, very tasty. Reminded me of how my grandma would make her italian sausage patties.
The beef…was dry…No juice present at all. Taste was just ok.
I would order it again but with 2 changed variables. Firstly, a different time of day (it was around 7:45 pm on Memorial day) and secondly…dipped or juicy.
The bread was, a nice texured, italian bread with a good chew.
Tasted like the Turano italian bread I used to buy.
Definitely ordering pizza from here again and looking forward to trying a few more menu items.

Ordered Football Pizza for pick up. They said 30 mins. We got there and they didn’t even start the pizza yet. My boyfriend waited inside for about 30 more minutes. We get home & they did the pizza wrong so I called & she said no problem she would have them put a new one in oven. We go back & again they didn’t even start the new one yet. Waited again for another 30 mins. Finally get home and we start eating, Pizza barely had any sauce & tasted like cardboard ! We have ordered from here for YEARS! Very disappointed. Not to mention they didn’t even give us a discount when they messed the order up & we had to drive across town twice.

Been ordering here for awhile never had a problem until up til now. Got a burnt pizza with a whole bunch of people over they did not want to give me a new one to make it right instead offered me 20.00 credit for a pizza I paid almost 26.00 for that’s an insult if you don’t want to give me a new pizza give me what I paid for for the football pizza, they need to make this right

Standing at the pickup tonight, I was totally ignored by 2 employees as though I were invisible for almost 5 minutes. Brought the pizza home to find the crust burnt on the bottom. We thought, even with 3 add-on ingredients (sausage, GP, onion), that the sauce and filling were rather tasteless. VERY disappointing. Working our way through a list of NextDoor recos. Tastes differ…we’re till in search of one we really like.

Overrated and overpriced! An embarrassment to Chicago pizza. Yes, all ingredients made my pizza, but as you can see from the photo the pie is dominated with sauce and cheese, which cannot emulate any specialty pizza. On a positive note the staff were both kind and professional.

Picked up Galati’s Pizza for the second time (first time was over 4 years ago), brought it home and this is what we got… Smh! I called to get out money back if I brought the pizza back because it is flavorless and the sauced moved. Like it was a frozen pizza. The crust is dry and plan. The owner told the cashier to tell me that he inspects all orders before it goes out and he says it was fine… I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I have never been told that before… Horrible customer service

Galati’s Pizza may be one of if not the best pizza joints in the RL area. Give their thin crust a whirl asap.

Moved to the area from Chicago. Good cheese pizza, its not greasy like others we’ve tried around here, the Italian beefs are delicious, French fries never seem freshly made, so we stopped ordering them. The cashiers are Always pleasant but when busy it’s difficult to get someone on the phone, and the prices are reasonable. In conclusion, I recommend this place.
