This is one of the best kept secret restaurants in Atlanta, we tried another restaurant. They had sold out of food, so someone said try this place it was great. It was not what we thought it is until you walk through the flap doors. You walk into a whole new world, its so beautiful and warm with colors warm atmosphere. This is a must try.

This cool bar is a little hidden but not too hard to find. Really cool vibes and great prices! $4 beers and great service. The food was ok. The crispy dumplings were my favorite. The scallion pancake was too tick. The gaja chicken was ok. I would still go back for drinks if I’m in the area.

Food was delicious and unique. Food came out pretty fast. It was pretty busy so after receiving our food we waited a bit for the bill. We would of never found this place if our friends didn’t being us there. Definitely a hidden gem.

We had us such a great #foodiefriday at @gaja_eav in East Atlanta Village. Gaja is now our official favorite dive bar!!

It definitely gives you those vibes with the parking lot door opening and stepping down stairs into the dark bar. We loved everything about it, and the best part of all the food was amazing!!

This is what we had:
Kimchi Fried Rice: kimchi, sunny side egg, nori, carrots
We messed this fried rice up, we asked for forks just to scoop more of it into our mouths. I dont think we left a single thing in the bowl!!

Fried chicken gaja style: twice Fried boneless chicken thighs, gochujang, tofu ranch, and scallion.

Basically Korean buffalo chicken with a tofu ranch that was really great and the scallions add a whole next level of flavor.

Fried Chicken Soy Garlic:
Twice Fried boneless thighs coca cola and brown sugar.

If you love the average Asian soy chicken this is for you, except kicked uo five levels. Very good. Sweet, sticky, and tasty.

Drinks:
Pipeline
Pineapple rum, compari, falernum, orgeat, and allspice.
Boy I tell you this drink was strong!!! Its the pipeline to the afterlife!! For you folks that complain about water down drinks, it aint the case here.

We also had amazing customer service, the portions sizes wer gigantic, and we loved the dive bar vibes. This is one of our new spots to hang out where we know it won’t be crowded and we can eat and drink amazing!!

The Korean fried chicken is really good, the pork belly dish is del. The scallion pancake was not so tasty. Bancan options are okay. Atmosphere is great!

This place is the epitome of hole in the wall chic. The atmosphere is trendy and the vibes are chill. We ordered their Gaja style and soy garlic fried chicken, their scallion pancake, and some fried rice. Everything was a solid 10/10 and this place is Steph approved!

Solid Korean dive joint, with flavorful food and quick service. I came in around dinner time on a Saturday, got a seat right away, and had food on the table in no time. The cocktails are fun, the cold noodles were delicious and refreshing, and the bulgogi came out steaming hot. My only issue was I didn’t have another stomach to try more!

The small plate style is great for trying many things.

A cute , little hole-in-the-wall restaurant in the middle of EAV! You have to go try this place!!! My friend and I went last week and had a lovely time.
We ordered an array of dishes from kimchi to pork katsu. Everything came out quickly and the food was tasty and fresh.
It’s a bit intimate so I wouldn’t suggest too big of a group to go. The drink menu had a great selection of craft cocktails that were light yet flavorful.
Great for a girls night, date night or solo date !
