Next day follow up: I was up all night sick because of the mini tacos. 1/10 do not recommend these.
Greeted outside by a tall gentleman. Went in sat for 10 minutes. Watched the gentleman come in serve an older couple a couple of drafts. Watched a group of ladies attempt to line dance.
We left. No service.
Edit: we were inside.
I have never been there before. I dont know anyone there, this was my first visit.
We came home to MSP in my drive accusing me of hit and run. They had my name. Said I was there and they KNEW ME BY NAME!!!!!! Again, dont know anyone there. Only way they HAD MY NAME WAS FROM THIS REVIEW.
I am absolutely APPALLED!!!!!! I will be reaching out to my attorney to discuss my options!
I will visit msp and foia the actual call, incident number and any caller info.
Edit july 20th.
Per the police report….
This was allllllll because of a bad review.
INTERVIEW COMPLAINANT:
Troopers met with Daniel at his home, who advised that he traveled to the Gaines Bar to pick up a to-go food
order he had placed. Daniel advised that he came back outside after retrieving his food order and noticed that
the rear driver side fender of his car had been dented and scratched. Daniel stated that when he parked, there
was a gray in color older model truck parked next to him he believed to be a Chevrolet. Daniel said this truck
was not on-scene when he came out of the bar after getting his food. Daniel said he was not able to gather any
further information regarding the vehicle.
CANVAS VENUE LOCATION:
Troopers traveled to the Gaines Bar in Gaines Village to see if there were any cameras or bystanders who
might have seen the accident. Troopers met with staff at the Gaines Bar who advised that they had spoken
with Daniel following the crash.
. No bystanders at the bar advised that they had
seen the crash take place.
A worker at the bar advised that they had received a negative review online for a customer that had just
recently left the bar after waiting too long to be served. The worker advised that the review came from a Donna
Cummings and thought she had left in a hurry and could have been the one to strike Daniel’s vehicle
Who in their right mind would do a hit and run, then leave a negative review with THEIR NAME?
