This place is unbelievably good. I can’t speak to the authenticity of the ramen or street tacos that they do but they tasted amazing. It seems like a really small operation so the food can take a while but it’s well worth the wait. Seriously an absolute blessing to have such great food in a relatively small town.

Tried to eat here. No one answered their phone but the message says their Paonia restaurant is open 4-8 pm. Went to the location listed on google and their website on a Friday night and nothing resembling a ramen house was there. Website, menu and photos look awesome, though. Wish we could have eaten here.
