We ordered 6 slices for pick up and the first picture is what we got for 23 dollars. I was on my lunch break and had to come back to either get a refund or have it corrected. The kid in the front was not helpful, neither was the gentleman in the back who just said “no refunds” without even looking at the pizza. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because of Brian. He came over, offered to remake the pizza the correct way and was very kind during the whole thing. We can definitely tell that he made it with love, it came out incredible! Kudos to Brian for excellent customer service and making an amazing pie. He should definitely his colleagues tips on professionalism to avoid issues moving forward. Overall, great pizza and Im grateful Brian was there to save the day.

I’m not sure what has changed, but the quality has unfortunately declined drastically from what we’ve been accustomed to with Gaetano’s! We’ve been customers of this particular location for the past few years now being that we live locally in Clementon. The food used to be 100% on point! My favorite item on the menu is the Taco Salad! Last time I ordered it (only last week), it wasn’t the same as it used to be AND they forgot to include the tortilla chips! Come on, it’s not exactly a “Taco Salad” without the tortilla chips! We ordered again today. One of the items in our order were the Clam Strips. They forgot to include the sauce that comes with them and as you can clearly see in the photo I provided, they are extremely overcooked! A total waste of money as without the sauce and them being overcooked, they are hardened little grease sticks and just disgusting! Quality has seriously declined! I don’t know if we’ll be ordering again sadly.

Went there for lunch recentely, and as a former NJ resident, it had been far too long without one of those wonderful cheesesteak hoagies this region is famous for. Ordered one for lunch, and was not disappointed! A great sandwich with a powerful history. Service was excellent and I would recommend this Marine-veteran owned business to anyone who appreciates the flavor and goodness of New Jersey’s unique sandwich…the awesome cheesesteak hoagie!

I ordered from here on sunday 11/26 and got a salad that was all the end of the romaine lettuce, there was no cheese and one tomato when it says in the description, tomato wedges, shaved cheese, green leafy lettuce, lousy excuse for a salad, then my daughter got a Caesar wrap, and her lettuce was freezer burnt and brown, and smelled horrible. I called and spoke to a woman, she called the owner while I was on the phone, and said he would call and make things right, well it is now tues, and I was waiting for him to call before I made a review, but apparently it doesn’t matter. So yes do not recommend this place at all.

I gotta tell you, Gaetano‘s is my favorite place to order from. I don’t order from there weekly, but I definitely order there a lot. The delivery guy is always above par. He is always friendly. He’s always courteous and he has went well beyond his duties a few times for me. Even one time I accidentally put in the wrong address and he took the time to get it to me because he knew it was mineThe chicken cutlet tenders will always be my favorite!!
