Huge disappointment. 4.6 stars and I thought it would be really good, it’s almost not good at all. I got a roast beef and cheese sub. The only positive thing was the roast beef, which was good quality. But the bread was hard and tough and thick. Ruined the whole sandwich. I haven’t had a sub this bad in a while, subway could legitimately compete with them in the sub department. Also service was real shotty, the girl was nice but she was the only one in here. I needed some extra mayo and had to wait for her to come from the back which took about 5 minutes as she was preparing another order. And I called out to her twice, guess she couldn’t hear me over the music they have playing. But this isn’t a bad review on her at all. She was cool, the food was not

I just brought this sandwich shop up on Google in order to leave them a good review and saw people leaving poor reviews based on the bread?! I fail to understand why people are leaving reviews about bread being tough?! I’m not from Florida. I’m from Europe. My biggest complaint is bread with no substance here and this sub shop has really good quality baguette bread… They sort of remind me of the French baguette sold at the Publix bakery. Their subs are extremely flavorful and I can’t praise them enough. If you want a soft Squishy flavorless sub full of preservatives go to subway! If you actually want a good quality sub with great fresh ingredients for me this is the best place around.

Found this place by accident. Amazing subs, far from the “big chain” type. Lots of meats and full of flavor!

Also ordered a cheesecake sampler. They say it’s homemade. These were absolutely delicious!

I’m glad we found this place!

Tried to support a small business but the customer service needs work here from walking in to making sure the food is prepared up to the customer’s satisfaction – not the person making it. Food was pretty good but expect to be nickel and dimed for everything – even if you share a sandwich. Not sure how a business can charge me to share a sandwich (huge turn off as a consumer). Kids meal isn’t a sub but a white bread sandwich (not advertised anywhere).

On my first visit to Gaetano’s I decided to try their Philly cheesecake sub. I used to live on the east coast and remember how amazing these can be if done right. I can’t say this was the best sandwich of that kind I’ve ever had, but it was the best I’ve had since I moved out of the region. Someone else in my family tried the Godfather sub, which looked even better, with very generous portions of meat along with other condiments. Next time I will have to try that one.
The parking lot for this shop is only accessible from the side street so it is easy to miss if you’re driving down the main road, so watch close for the turn.

Avoid this sub shop. Publix and the “Go For Donuts” shop down the street has better service and food. We had one of the worst restaurant customer service experiences in a very long time. The young woman working the counter (looked around 16–18 years old) clearly shouldn’t be (and doesn’t want to be) in the service industry. She was rude, didn’t communicate or listen well, and looked like she absolutely hated being there. Every interaction felt like a burden to her—she’d rather sit in the front booth than get up and take a customer order. Got the order wrong too, she wasn’t listening. Between the bad attitude and the lack of attention to detail, we won’t be back.

Ordered a godfather and a Philly cheesesteak and they were both phenomenal. Subs were large, fresh, and exactly what we wanted. The customer service was great as well.
