Great pizza, but if you get put on hold you are done. If you call at any remotely busy time you will be put on hold for some reason. I have never been waited on once on hold – a horrible screeching noise takes over after 10min or so. I have no idea how long it takes to record an order – no one should be on hold in the first place. This has gone on for years.

I’ve never eaten here before but after trying definitely will frequent a little more. Really convenient because it’s right down the road from us. But what really stood out was the customer service. Original order they got wrong and without any question they remade the order told us to keep what we had already had and come back to get our original.

This place has gone down hill! Cold pizza. Cheese rubbery. Flavor bland.. Garlic knots look like dough still. They barely looked cooked. It’s been awhile since we have gotten pizza but Gaetanos was always a go-to for us just based on the quality. I’ll reconsider that decision next time.

I had read the positive reviews online and had also heard from a family member that this place was really good. I was not disappointed. I was only hungry enough for a large one topping pizza. I have to say, the other big names like Andolini’s & Hideaway could take some lessons on pizza making from Gaetano’s. I can’t remember when I’ve had a simple pizza made so well. The other guys might have been great back in the day. But they were declining before covid even hit. I also have to mention that the service was great and pizza came out in a timely fashion. It’s nice to know that there is still a great Italian restaurant to get great pizza.

Very delicious food! Great customer service! The girl with the glasses and blonde hair was very polite and considerate and the girl with the septum piercing and blackish brown hair was very friendly and hard working! I give this place a 10/10 and definitely am coming back!

Need menus… Unfortunately this is order at the counter which is awkward considering it’s a sit down table service restaurant. That being said we really enjoyed our two pizza pies.
