Got our food in about 15 to 20 minutes tops. The mango margarita was outstanding! Playa bowl w shrimp super yummy and the mayo salad was good but the fish was just tiny tiny bit overcooked, but great flavor. This was my first time here but I will be back. Such a cute place

Gaby’s is for the girls!!! What a cute aesthetic and one of my absolute favorite outdoor spots in Pensacola, especially for food trucks!
As soon as I walked up to the entrance somebody had popped out of nowhere and greeted us with menus in hands and explained how and where to order and that it was open seating. (They were on it!)
The music created the perfect vibe for a weekday night. There were a lot of couples since it was Valentine’s Day but later in the evening, a few groups of families came in and their kids were having a blast.
As for the food, I recommend any burrito! It literally melted in my mouth like the best burrito in Pensacola, I am even craving it right now
They have parking behind their location in a graveled space and there should be plenty so you don’t have to worry about walking on the street.
It isn’t in the heart of downtown but it is close! Since it’s not in the heart, you wouldn’t want to plan on walking anywhere from there, it’s a great spot to get a quick lunch or even dinner before you hit downtown.
When we visited, I don’t believe they served alcohol but definitely check if that’s what you’re looking for because they were still pretty new then.
Do you and your girls a favor and go get dressed up, take cute pics with this pink aesthetic that I am obsessed with, and enjoy a burrito for me!!

Our group had Taco Tuesday here this week & just loved everything about it! The food is just as good as I hoped it was (don’t miss the shrimp tacos)! There was plenty of parking behind it. It is so convenient, and the cutest outdoor dining space in town! Check it out on any day with a sunset!

Today was our first time trying Gaby’s & we’re hooked! The food, service, & atmosphere are all deserving of 5 stars (more if we could give more). We tried the shrimp, Mahi, & steak tacos with a small side of chips & queso & a small cup of corn. Everything was cooked perfectly. The tacos were loaded up with meat & topped with the best fresh ingredients. This is hands down one of the best dining “expereinces” in Pensacola, the ambience & vibe are top tier. It’s pet, family, & group friendly as well! The absolute only suggestion I’d make on improvements would be a more authentic style chip as opposed to what’s served. 10/10 we recommend Gaby’s for a date night, night out, special occasion, or just a quick bite.

My friends and I attended the Taylor Swift Album Release Party and it was amazing! The food was so delicious. We had the Asada Bowls and Chorizo Tacos. I was expecting a little more singing and dancing but overall, great vibes all around! I’m looking forward to going back! The guy that took care of us was super friendly, by the way!

This place has an absolute beautiful vibe to it. I highly recommend the Mahi Fish Tacos. They have the perfect level of spiciness, and come with a variety of ingredients. The Horchata will always be a Go-to order for me personally as well!

What a great little spot! Wonderful people on staff and the food is great and it’s cute as a button. Had the steak bowl and a kids chicken quesadilla. Maybe the best steak bowl I’ve eaten, fresh all around.
